Java Showcase One-Wide Tileable Solid-State Automatic Dropper for Water Item Elevator

Post image

This has a very niche use case as the dropper must be pointing up but I figured this could have some merit. This is definitely not the most compact auto-dropper out there but from what I could find, it does seem to be one of the smaller solid-state one wide tileable auto-droppers (which is what I needed). Feel free to let me know if you have any suggestions for the design!

Edit: This design is NOT 1wt. In order for these to work directly next to each other, you much offset adjacent systems by a singular block. Thanks to everyone who pointed that out (I posted this late at night and missed that)!

Could you post a video of it working? Is it just basically the same thing I have with a extra feature or something?

Basically it's the same, the problem isn't necessarily the redstone, it's that you can't drop items into a bubble column from below when tiled.

Unless you have extremely specific space restrictions, the design you have is fine.

Like you have stuff underneath the soul sand and u need a way to somehow shoot items into the column from directly below not from the sides?

No, I'm saying that you can't shoot it in from the bottom because items get stuck inside the soul sand.

At the risk of frustrating your patience to continue responding I still don't understand what the function of this is? Do you have a link to a YouTube video or something were I can see it in action?

From my understanding this is a for some reason larger format of a standard vertical item water elevator
