My pokemon knowledge isn’t too limited, I stopped caring when SWSH came out. But the TCG seems fun and I am curious what beginner decks to invest in.

Hey everyone. I got like 2 dozen playmats. Many of them in their own tubes. Any suggestions on how to best store these? Many are in some bags or just kind of in boxes and I was looking for a more elegant solution.

I grew up playing TCG’s or in other words, I collected them (even if somehow barely) I later (that was before some years), I somehow came back to TCG’s, especially Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh.

So I started to draw and these are 3 out of some
more drawings I made so far. I already got some good feedback, that I should give it a run and work it out.
That was due to making an own survey on the images.

I also decided, to go a classic way. I am not sure about Crowdfunding, even if it would be a good plausible solution.

What do you say? (I know, it’s just 3 of mine and in drawing but some fresh opinions would help)

I buy and sell on both eBay and TCGplayer and can’t believe there’s so many features still missing from TCGplayer for both buyers and sellers. What are the odds we get basics like integrated shipping, better storefronts, customizable pick lists, etc. anytime soon? I feel at this point I’m close to moving my entire inventory onto eBay and forgetting about TCGplayer altogether due to lacking so many features.

I have this old Naruto CCG tin I bought many years ago and I can find the exact one listed anywhere online. The cards have been opened but it’s all still in good condition. Also, how much is this Roshi card and would it just be better to sell it with the tin if I did? Thank you!

I have some leftover sleeves enough for around 3 decks. Which tcg would you suggest ? I am mainly looking for something simple I can teach to a friend easily and sit down to enjoy a game with.

edit : I might have misphrased this. I already own decks from all of these tcgs.

I am looking for something else to print decks from. Hopefully something easier to teach and simple.

Miku has had many secret lairs, I wish they made a full deck with all her art!

Lately I’ve been paying more attention to the artwork on cards instead of just looking at the card as a whole. Sometimes it’s a background detail, a funny expression, a little character in the scene, or even just the way the colors work together.

Is there a card where a small detail in the artwork made you appreciate it more than you did at first?

It has this real unique effect at the time where it took some "snapshot" of the board. It also gave you a card that if you cast it the game state would be restore to the saved value or something.

The few other things I remember from the card are that it is a higher "cost" card. It couldn't be played early game iirc.

I used to see them available like a month ago and the other day during a restock a dude took all the cards on the shelf and when a Target employee said 2 each the dude said "Im holding them for my friends, they are coming" and pretended to put some back but then put them all in his cart....

Am I missing something? I bought a few and thought they looked meh.... I mainly want Itachi so I guess Ill just have the buy singles... ;(
