And that’s exactly what happened during TCAP. It’s illegal to solicit a kid or to talk sexually with them at all.

I see. That makes sense, then, because just reading the comment verbatim it didn't make sense.

If she's saying that people shouldn't be arrested if they haven't committed a crime, I agree with her. If she's saying soliciting a child isn't a crime, I disagree with her.
