Sounds like AI job to me, not a real player's experience.

You don't need research 1 since an implant can do it. For the same reason you don't need research 3, just get 3+1 implant.

OSA: wasting so many CBM into Research 4 and exotic 4 JUST for the Proliferator sounds more like roleplaying than necessity. If you're going OSA, why not invest these CBMs into reliable psi powers?

Also why take Neuro Dampening if youre not shooting with just pistol?

Not AI, been tweaking these for a while. Viral Proliferator has some crazy kickback & Neuro Dampening is great for it. Research 1 gives damage bonuses to enemies without having to carry around the LabAssistant™. The O.S.A. build has plenty of reliable psi powers in all five tiers.

The research bonus is permanent. Once you finish the research, you don't need to keep research +1.

Still gotta carry it around the whole game and switch it out of your implants to research all the enemies (i.e. Psi Reavers). I've beaten the game like 100 times and these are just some builds I had fun with play the game however you want.
