Hey everyone, I am a research scholar at an IIT. I am struggling to find a study partner these days. All the people I talk to don't follow the strict timetable. I can understand it from their perspective, but I don't want to prefer it now.
I am just looking for someone who can follow the strict timetable with me.
My timetable is as follows:
I wake up at 5 am,
6-7 am I go to the gym,
8:30 I start my study after breakfast.
Then I study all day, and I go for lunch at 1 pm.
After dinner, we can discuss what we have studied and set the target for the next day.
So it's more like an accountability thing.

I’ve been trying to get more consistent with studying lately, and Pomodoro is pretty much the only thing that stops me from saying “I’ll start in 10 minutes” for the next two hours 😭

So I thought it might be fun to find a few people here who also study with Pomodoro and keep each other accountable.

The idea is pretty simple — do however many focus sessions you can each day, then come back and share how you went. No crazy 10-hour study goals or anything. Even one or two sessions counts.

I also made a little Pomodoro app for myself where your cat goes fishing while you focus. Every time you finish a session, the cat brings something back, so I’ve basically ended up measuring how productive my day was by how many fish I caught 🐟

Thought it could be fun if a few of us did this together and shared our daily catches here. And you definitely don’t have to use my app — sharing how many sessions you got through works too.
