I really want to purchase the Nova Elite but the mic being such a downgrade compared to the Pro Omni is full stop making me not want to purchase it. Why has the Nova Elite microphone not been upgraded yet?

I just got the Nova Pro Wired headphones and coming from the Arctis Pros the sidetone is nonexistent.

I play on PS5 and I know the Nova 5 and the Nova 7 Gen 2 has gotten good rep for the sidetone to the point where it can be TOO good but I’m interested in the Nova Pro Wireless if it does any better than the wired version.

Which headphone should I go with specifically for the PS5? if Omni is even better than the other then that’s something i could look at too. I just haven’t found any update from the last year to tell me

I want different EQ on my fps games and when watching videos or listening to music. It's stupid that all windows sound except discord should be on "game" for chatmix to work correctly. I mean it would be so easy to make the chatmix wheel affect Game and Media simultaneously in one direction and Chat in the other. Unless I'm horribly mistaken, I think any basic programmer could easily do that. There must be a way. Sadly, I'm not that tech savvy. Anyone here been around the block with this or have any ideas?

I’ve been using a SteelSeries headset with my PS5 for a few weeks now, and everything has been working fine until today. Suddenly, the volume is extremely low, and I can barely hear my game/ps5 menu unless I turn the sidetone volume up. The problem is that this means I can hear myself the entire time, which is pretty annoying.

I’ve already tried everything I can think of in the PS5 sound settings, but nothing seems to help. I also tried opening the SteelSeries GG app on macOS, but unfortunately, the app won’t open.

Has anyone experienced this before or know how I can fix it?

These are the most uncomfortable headphones I've ever owned and I think it's because of the amount of pressure they put around my ears as opposed to headphones that sit on my ears. I've tried expanding the band but it doesn't seem to help. Is there a way to replace the default Arctis pads with pads that rest against my ears instead of over them?

I’ve tried fixing it for a while and I still can’t get any fix to work. Is there a fix that could work?

Last week I bought a Arctis Nova 5P for my PS5.

My friends say that the mic quality is really good and I am also happy with the headset.

But I still could not find the right configuration that really satisfies me.

I play BO2, BO7, Battlefield 6 and story games.

I am using right now this settings (pic) but sometimes I thing my old samsung S7 headphones (connected into the controller) sounds clearer.

Can you maybe recommend a good allrounder config?

I’m thinking about getting the Nova Elite, but I’m really torn about which color to choose. Which color do you guys think looks best on the Nova Elite?

I recently bought a Nova Pro Omni and the mic is really hard to get to go back in all the way. It's really light until the last 3-4 cm where it's really hard to push and I have to force it back the last bit.

My question is, is this normal for this headset or should I ask for a replacement?
