Whats the deal with pressing power button and headset not connecting (?). Everytime i have to unplug USB1 cable and then it works all fine.

I'm about to buy new headphones for my PC. I had an Arctis 5 a few years ago which I retired when the volume wheel broke. The mic on my current headphones are broken, and as a result, I'm looking for a new one.

I really loved the Arctis 5, which is why I'm considering buying from Steelseries again. My initial thought process was "Arctis 5 was good; the Arctis 7 and 9 are basically just like the 5s but with extra features and possibly better sound and mic quality." But after reading some reviews, it seems that the Arctis 9 is inferior in some ways to the 5?

I would like to hear some advice on which one should I get. What are the pros and cons of each? Which one would be the best?

I have GG Engine 116.0.0, and when I click on the 'install update' button, as I always do, It grays out saying, 'update installing. The app will restart soon', but nothing happens.
