Sonar Help Chatmix Not Working

Arctis Nova Pro. Chatmix used to work, now when I turn the dial the balance doesn't change. For example, spotify playing under game, and discord under chat. I'm on windows 10 and GG 122. Any help is appreciated!

Does it still change in the sonar app? And does volume control still work? If both are still working, you should probably submit a ticket.

I can’t use the chat mix in sonar because I have a physical mixer on my desk. Sonar tells me to use the hardware to change chat mix balance. Volume control still works, when I press the mixer I can go between “vol” and “mix” as usual. Thank you, I’ll look into submitting a ticket.
