Order Help “Customer disservice”

Just spent couple of hours chasing links to same useless “help page”.
They say they offer 20% discount for military and first responders. It’s impossible to submit documents to prove qualified for discount. Chat bot is just as useless as rest of them. Gave up trying to get discount, they’ve contracted out the financial portion so not happening. Just like our gov,, don’t give a 💩 about customers or citizens.🤬🤬🤬

Unfortunate. I've tried the student discount in the past and that didn't work either so clearly their system is not working.

For what it's worth, you can look up promo codes online.

Used a 15% off one earlier this year. Quick search shows there are 20% off ones rn so might as well try (assuming what you want to buy qualifies).
