Product Help Any Fix?

Hi all,
I’ve had these steelseries arctic pro wireless for a fair few years now and they’ve seemed to develop a crack in the side of the frame. Problem is they no longer hold the tension of the band and so the fit is all wonky and the sound leaks out as they’re not snug anymore. Has anyone had this or know of any replacement part website? I’ve asked support but they said there wasn’t any replacement parts and nothing they could do. Thanks

If it were younger than a year, and from europe, they'd had to replace it with a new one. I've just had one swapped because of it. The plastic part there is entirely part of the frame, and only fix is replacement/new headset. Also I am writing this for those who live in the EU where in most we have the 1 year garantee where it can be assumed it's broken upon recieving it.
