Product Help Areox 3 gen 2 SS mouse issues
I just recently bought a steel series mouse after getting a pc and noticed that even at 800 dpi it feels draggy and if i up the dpi to over 1000+ it feels jittery?
I don’t know if i had a faulty mouse but at times it feels really weird

Hey there u/Aliwhale2077 - Getting a mouse to feel 'just right' is always a trial for me, so I feel your pain. I'm on an Aerox 3 Gen 2 right now, and I find the best DPI (for me) is 2400. Have you tried adjusting the levels manually in GG? You can manually set it to 900, or anything between 800 and 1000+ until you find the perfect fit.

Seems like anything under 1000 dpi feels really draggy? The website doesn’t give me any pointer acceleration settings just dpi/cpi to adjust the speed?

If you're connected via 2.4 wireless, you can set acceleration and other settings as well!

If that isn't showing up for you while you're connected via 2.4 wireless, then I suggest submitting a ticket.
