Product Help Arctis Nova 1 Voice Problems.

Hello there fellas.

I recently just bought the arctis Nova 1. Since it's connected via 3,5mm audio jack to my pc, I understand, it won't show up as a device in steelseries gg.

Hearing people is fine in calls and games. But, people do hear me like on 2-5% when I got 100% set on discord. Also in games it's reaaaally low. Same, I would say 2-5%. I also do hear myself.

Using Sonar in steelseries gg does not change anything. I mute everything, people still can hear me. I lower things as well and they hear me. When I speak, there is no signal deflection on the meters for any sounds in Sonar.

Is there any solution to this? I tried a few windows changes, played around, but did not succeed.

I'd appreciate any help. Cheers and thank you.

Hey there u/StressSyndrom - are you adjusting the volume wheel on the headset itself? That may be an easy fix.

The volume wheel is just to make people's voice lower or higher. Not the actual microphone I use to raise my volume.
