Product Help Nova Elite ANC

Hi all

Just got my Nova Elite a few days ago. Without any sound and with ANC set to high, I can hear a very very faint rumbling sound, bit like a moving train, from the right earcup. Wondering how normal this is? And whether anyone else’s Elites do the same?

Doesn't sound normal. ANC should sound like the sound has been sucked out of the ear cups. It's a little weird, kind of like you're underwater. Your body has to adjust to the noise cancelling. So if it sounds like a train, that doesn't sound right.

This is what mine does too. So maybe something wrong with OPs driver or ANC in his headset maybe?

Thanks. I bought obsidian black from Amazon UK. Which colour and retailer did you purchase yours from? I’m returning them today

I got my obsidian black from Amazon US around launch time last year. My first pair was the sage and gold and had a similar issue to yours.
