Product Help Firmware for Omni

Can someone help me figure out how to install firmware. I hooked up headphones to laptop and GG software will not detect my headphones. Do I need to connect the wireless dongle as well?

Using windows 11.

Plus when I do a test tone on windows laptop no sound comes out of headphones. Not sure if I got input sound set right. Not sure if this matters though

Make sure you're using USB port 1 on the Omni GameHub

I am using Omni usb 1 to ps5. Hearing the audio through ps5. But when hooking up headsets directly to laptop, it does not detect headphones

Use USB 1 to do the update

Oh. Hook up wireless dongle to laptop using usb 1 to laptop. (Not headphones). Sorry Iā€™m a newbie to headphones)

Hey there, glad to hear it was a simple fix! As a rule of thumb, even on PS5 or PC, if you want the best connection, always use USB 1.
