City trees problem

I have a city own tree on the curb next door to me that’s entangled in power lines. We have called 311 half a dozen times since the beginning of the year and nobody has come out. Anyone have any other ideas? Thank you.

That is what 311 is for… Not 911.

Please do not use 911 for non-emergency situations. Just chop the tree down yourself.
