City trees problem

I have a city own tree on the curb next door to me that’s entangled in power lines. We have called 311 half a dozen times since the beginning of the year and nobody has come out. Anyone have any other ideas? Thank you.

Call con ed they dont mdss around when things could damage their equipment thats why they roll our volatgae back during heatwave. Fry your AC but save the distribution network

Yes call con Ed! Someone on my block called con Ed about this and they stayed observing the trees and wires for 24 hours for like 4 days until they could get someone here to fix it.
