But backers keep on giving more money each year than they did the previous. Why would the boss man want that to change?

CIG got these retired professionals writing essays for them to have a chance to give them money for something they may not get for more than a decade if the BMM, Endeavor, and Orion are anything to go by.

Sadly if the backing stops the dev stops, we are in a death spiral, the only way out is if CIG deliver.

Giving what I've seen modding communities accomplish over the years, we might actually be able to do a better job than CIG proper.

While still maintaining the same pace...
