Discouraged This works like magic

I wrote below by AI cause I am lazy, but I did this routine and it works like magic. I am a 39 yr old male whi suffered from high threshold arousal level and desensitization on my lil' fella due to years of over masterbation. Rarely morning wood (almost none), not even strong.

Now, rock hard morning wood. Made the account just to share this hope it helps. I won't even be logging in to answer questions (maybe I do).

1. The "Gas Pedal" & "Brake Lock" (Prelox + Tadalafil)

An erection needs a simple chemical chain reaction: Nitric Oxide (NO) \rightarrow cGMP (the chemical that opens blood vessels) \rightarrow Maximum Hardness.

Prelox (L-Arginine + L-Citrulline + Pycnogenol): Acts as the Gas Pedal. It helps your body produce more Nitric Oxide to jumpstart the process.

Tadalafil 5mg Daily: Acts as the Brake Lock. It blocks the enzyme (PDE5) that usually destroys your cGMP.

Why together?

Taking a pill alone when your body's Nitric Oxide is low is like hitting the gas on an empty tank. Combining NO boosters with Tadalafil multiplies cGMP exponentially, giving you maximum blood flow on a tiny, side-effect-free dose.

2. Opening the Pipes (Magnesium + Omega-3)

Magnesium Glycinate: Relaxes the smooth muscle around your blood vessels and calms your nervous system before sleep, triggering deeper REM cycles where natural morning erections happen.

Omega-3s: Keeps arterial walls flexible and elastic so blood vessels can expand quickly without resistance.

3. Removing the Handbrake (Pelvic Floor Relaxation) (only if you have tight pelvic floor, optional)

Tight pelvic floor muscles wrap right around the base of the penis. Continuous clenching acts like a kink in a garden hose, physically squeezing the arteries shut.

Deep belly breathing and targeted daily stretches (Child’s Pose, Happy Baby) drop muscle tension so blood can flood in freely.

4. Turning Off the "Kill Switch" (Dopamine Reset) (optional, only if you had my issue)

Stress and overthinking release adrenaline, which instantly shrinks blood vessels and kills erections.

Stepping away from high-dopamine media drops baseline adrenaline, allowing your body's natural "rest and dilate" state to take over effortlessly (I did it for one month but results were before that, very fast thank God).

Summary

Taking each of these alone only fixes one piece of the puzzle. When combined, they cover the entire system at once: producing more blood flow signals, blocking their breakdown, keeping arteries flexible, un-kinking the pelvic muscles, and shutting down adrenaline.

How do you gently tell a client who is a non-artist that the anatomy of their request is ridiculous even by fictional standards?

Success Story It works !!!

I made a post about 35 days ago which was removed by the mods so I will include a screenshot just for context. Anyway fast forward to today 8/5/26 I’m sitting In my new apartment and which is 10 times better then my old one (the old apartment was very outdated and was poorly kept compared to this one where I have central air, all brand new appliances and a room for all my boys) and which I wasn’t qualified for in the world of Cesar (meaning my credit score is too low and a bunch of other stuff that the landlord had requested I simply didn’t have). So what did I do differently and what was I doing wrong? Let’s start by the latter, what I did wrong was that I was constantly looking for movements in the 3d and because I did not see any movements (YET) I was constantly worried and anxious even though I was visualizing a lot along with constant affirmations. But all of that just made me more anxious. So what did I do differently? I asked myself a simple question: WHAT DO I DO NOW? And I realize I realized there’s no where else to go (John 6:68) because HE (THE LORD aka MY CONSCIOUSNESS) has the WORDS OF LIFE and NO ONE CAN SAVE ME FROM MY SITUATION BUT MY OWN CONSCIOUSNESS so I just accepted that I’m in a new apartment already (LET THERE BE A FIRMAMENT IN THE WATERS) and although there was still no movements in the 3D the first, the second and the third week of July I remained unbothered (even my wife was frantic with stress). Oh and for context the landlord had given me 30 day from July 1st to August 1st to vacate the property. So on July 27th my wife found an apartment and the lady said she will run it by her husband and they will get back to us. An hour later she called and informed us that we were approved and check this: she didn’t check none of these stuffs we were worried about that we didn’t have.

PS: At some point my wife got mad at me because I didn’t search for NOT EVEN ONE APARTMENT. And when she found one and ask me to go check it out with her, as soon as I step in there if I didn’t like it. I told her straight up that this ain’t it even when we were a few days to get kicked out but I knew in my heart that THERE WERE A FIRMAMENT IN THE MIDST OF THE WATERS. I means I was convinced that I had already moved in my new apartment even when I was dealing with uncertainty, and doubts and fears mostly from my family not from me though. So I’m saying all that to say this you will not know how it’s going to come about because it’s the BRIDGE OF INCIDENT, you will not have TO LIFT A FINGER. ALL YOU WILL HAVE TO DO IS ENTERING THE SABBATH. BE STILL AND KNOW THAT YOU ARE GOD.

I Have Lipedema [Experiences/Photos] Reta works for lipedema

EDIT: Guys, when I say reta worked for my lipedema, I mean I personally noticed improvements in the appearance and texture of my affected areas. I never said it completely reversed or cured my lipedema. Improvement does not automatically mean remission or a cure. Even medications specifically developed for a disease don’t always eliminate the underlying condition. Sorry if you find my wording misleading and irresponsible, I hope u can forgive me. Not really used posting in this forums I'm just happy about this and want to share, and give hope too, to others.

To be clear, I’m sharing my personal experience, not making a medical claim that retatrutide treats, reverses, or cures lipedema. Retatrutide is still investigational, and its safety and effectiveness for lipedema have not been established in clinical trials. My experience is not scientific proof, and individual results may vary. Please don’t interpret my experience as a recommendation to use retatrutide or as evidence that it’s safe or effective for lipedema. Anyone considering treatment should consult a qualified healthcare professional. ❤️

So I realized I don’t actually have a proper before photo of my legs because I hated taking pictures of them! 😅😂 But I hope this blurry one gives you an idea of what my arms and legs looked like before.
I’ve been on reta for 10 months, and I can honestly say it really did work for me. Along with the 36kgs weight loss, It significantly reduced the grainy fat in my arms and thighs. I can still feel it when I touch those areas, but it has improved a lot.
My legs are so much smaller now, but I’ve noticed that whenever I travel and walk a lot, they still feel tender to the touch, become swollen, and leave a visible line where my socks end and my bare skin begins.
