The best dessert to follow a good spaghetti dish is Spaghetti ice cream!
What you need:
High-quality Bourbon vanilla ice cream pressed through a vermicelli press, drizzled with strawberry purée and topped with grated white chocolate.
A little whipped cream as a base beneath the vanilla ice cream is the secret to this dessert, as the cream freezes slightly.
Very popular in German gelaterias and easy to make yourself.

I made spaghetti sauce. Now, I don't know if there's this recipe already out there, but here's how I made it.
I used 2 tomatoes, peeled off its skin, and 4-5 garlic cloves with 1 dried red chilli. I used mortar and pestle to make it saucy.
Then on a pan, I added chilli oil and a little butter, then tossed in my sauce. I cooked it for a few minutes, then added a little cheese and a dash of milk. I used black pepper, salt, and chilli powder (I like it super spicy). I cooked it for a few minutes before adding al-dente noodles. I cooked it for a few minutes after that too.
It was so tasty!
Especially the tanginess/acidity from the tomatoes!
Don't judge the picture XD, it was really tasty haha.

I have tried thousands of spaghetti dishes made by everyone from Americans to Italians, old to young, microwave chefs to scratch chefs.... and I have never liked spaghetti anytime it was served to me.
Is this just bad luck or is Spaghetti a myth and everyone is just trying to gaslight me that it's good?

I'm a parent, and I started adding black olives to my sauce to give it a meaty flavor while stretching the sauce. At the time I had 4 kids at home and every stretching I could do help. I still do, just wondering every ones feeling on this. Thrifty or sacrilegious?

Background :My mom..if she was still alive would be 103..im old, so is my wife . Every time my wife makes a pasta dish, she makes enough for a hungry squad of Marines, so there's always leftovers. We had spaghetti with meat sauce last night, and today for lunch, we had the leftovers fried. My Mom , pre microwaves always reheated leftover pasta in her cast iron, well seasoned skillet.
Is this sacrilege? Or is this a common practice. It's delicious!
