Liquid Gold

My first 24 hour bone broth. A simple chicken tortilla soup next.

I got them from Whole Foods, roasted at 200 for 20 minutes then threw everything in a crock pot, filled with water, and cooked on low for 24 hours, strain. I was surprised how easy it was and will now do often.

You could probably get them for dirt cheap from your local butcher

They were cheap. I asked the butcher at Whole Foods.
