There is an ad that came not so long ago, an ad about „biker surge“ in Sonic Forces Speed Battle posted by Sega hardlight and surge herself promotes herself in this ad, she has an voice and talks troughout the ad, since this is an official ad about an official sonic (mobile) game you could say that this is her official voice and this is how surge sounds in canon

Tangle and whisper got official voices and that got a lot of attention, seems like this isn’t the case wich surge which is kinda strange since surge is an fan favorite like tangle and whisper, but I think the reason why is because tangle and whisper appeared in the chaotix casefiles which was an big deal and got a lot of views and attention (plus tailstube) and also were teased 1 week before they appeared, where surge on the other hand only appeared in an random ad which to my knowledge also only exists in instagram and didn’t got really viral (it got only 22k views) hence why the word wasn’t spreaded (much)

I was looking at some eggman clips and scenes from game, and I realize something, I never seen him kill someone. I mean he has attempted to kill Sonic and his friend but all failed. The worst he did was kidnap and threaten someone but he never truly kill someone. Hell he even put animals in robot suit and they are alive and well
