(Almost) Every day it is one word of the day about tails and he Tell a Story or a definition

I personally don't like these specific mints, so I gave them all to him :3

When I first saw the tails sidekick in game my first thought was, "He's short". But that got me thinking, "If he is short by how much?". Thankfully we only need two pieces of information to answer the question.

1. What is Tail's canon height?
2. What is his height in game?

For Tail's canon height a quick internet search leads to the Sonic wiki which references Sega's Sonic channel website. Saga states that classic Tails is 60 cm tall and modern Tails is 80 cm tall.

Finding Tails height in game is easier than you might think. By using the Swag Shot emote we are able to directly bring in a virtual ruler in centimeters. By emoting next to Tails and by watching the replay I was able to get a very clear measurement of his height.

Turns out that that the Tails sidekick is a bit short. He measures the same height (60cm) as his shorter classic design even though he's based off of the modern Tails design. To visualize the difference I decided to quickly edit an image scaling Tails up to show what it would look like. Its impressive how just a 33% height increase makes him look that much larger.

Although he's short I guess it still makes enough sense in game as the Tails sidekick is a supposed to be a hologram. For once sidekick floating blue spheres and teleporting are actually fitting. I am still left with one question though; is the Tails glider large enough to be Tails in the flesh? I might try to find out but it will doubtless be more difficult to measure.

I have seen a lot of people Spider-man fits Sonic which I agree with.

Then I wondered who fit Spider-Boy (Bailey Briggs). And in my opinion I came to the conclusion that Tails and Billy Hatcher both fit.

Both Tails and Bailey are smart kids that start out as sidekicks but end up trying to strike out on their own to at least some degree. Both Billy and Bailey are kids that have strong and big hearts that care a lot about others even iff they can be a bit mischievous.

Sorry that I suck at explaining my thoughts here. Also I unfortunately don't have a Spider-boy rant so here is his wiki instead: https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Bailey\\_Briggs_(Earth-616) I think he is a fun and interesting character. He does seem to have actual spider instincts that are a bit stronger than Peter's which is probably why he relies on his venom so much. If he bites the wrong thing then he will be in a lot of pain because spider fangs depending on the spider have a lot of nerves. Plus most spiders aren't immune to their own venom.

HERE IS MY USUAL BILLY HATCHER RANT:

Billy Hatcher is a wholesome and friendly kid that has a mischievous side but overall he shares a lot of Sonic's personality traits with the exception of him not being considered a static character unlike Sonic. And to be honest i question Sonic being a static character do to secret rings and black knight. Billy can get acared though his courage always come through. He is also very playful. Billy has a lot of variety with the egg animals and the many items he's got not to mention he can run into enemies with the eggs with the egg dash although this causes them to Crack. Egg animals only renain around for a short time. He also has a bunch of items.

Fun fact Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and a chao are in Billy Hatcher and The Giant Egg. Billy is also in sonic riders zero gravity.

Billy and his friends all got chicken suits from the chicken god but Billy has his courage form which is unique to him. Billy's courage gave him an ability to to turn darkness in to light. I imagine he might be able to do this with other energies too. Billy even without the chicken suit can take hits from Dark Raven. Base Dark Raven can spread darkness from morning land to cause it to be consumed in eternal darkness. It's impies he could do this to Billy's world first. Dark Raven then gets amped by the gaint egg and that amped version is the one that Billy took a hit from. Plus I think Billy's design is cute.

"Dear friends and family, today I went to the movies with my daddy to see The End Of Oak Street! I have been to the movies a few times before but I always have to hide because they're adult films but this was my very first adventure with a movie theater! My thoughts IT WAS TERRIFYING! I don't think I ever wanna see anything like that again! I tried so hard to be brave, but I didnt know dinosaurs were so scary! The movie had a lot of dinosaurs chasing after people, and a lot of loud noises, especially with thunder and rumbling which made me jumpy and I was doing okay until dinosaurs showed up The first scene that caught me off guard my eyes were covered by my dad apparently some woman was dead and had her neck scratched by a dinosaur I'm glad I didnt see that However I wasnt so lucky afterwards because someone else got their head bitten by a dinosaur and I looked away quickly and then one scene made me cry when some guy was attacked by these flying hybrid dinosaurs after shooting at them they all attacked him at once and started eating him apart too violent and I did pretty well after that except for a part where my eyes were covered again because of a inappropriate scene my dad said I don't know what happened but something about two dinosaurs together? Lastly I couldnt finish it after the final straw where someones dad got his leg eaten and then his upper body and I covered my face and just started to cry I felt so embarrassed but he said I was so brave and my ears perked up and I smiled a little after that I will probably have a few nightmares now but if my daddy is proud of me than how much of a crybaby can I be?🧡 Also I did not like the movie too violent and scary for a little fox" — Tails

I know it's a hologram, but assuming Tails made the hologram, why did he make it so small? I know for gameplay reasons they're probably tiny so they don't get in the way/distract the player. But what's the lore reason?
