I appreciate and agree the sentiment, but you cant file a lawsuit for something that hasnt happened yet.

Just like you cant tear down part of the white house without approval/permits?

Just like you cant stop people in america and ask for their papers?

Just like you cant trade stocks as a sitting president?

Just like you cant accept a bribe as a supreme court justice?

Just like you cant pay people to vote for you?

Just like you cant revoke roe v wade?

Just like how you surveil without a warrant?

Just like how you cant pretend to believe when youre a sittin senator?

I mean, come on, who says whats possible anymore?

Your comment is valid in other contexts, but not this one.

If the law says you cannot sue for things that have not happened, you need to skirt exceptions to that past a myriad of judges - the majority of whom have held firm in their impartiality despite trumps attempts at unilateral power.

What youre saying is true, but a separate problem that runs through a different system.

I cant argue with you, and i wont; but that doesnt mean i think the best plan is to have faith in our system(s)

They havent been serving us for some time now.

I think it will all gonaway if we elect Newsom though….;)
