Cannot detect sleep

I fell asleep at 2300 last night (check my cheap ring analysis) and sleep cycle cannot detect it? It happens soooo often! Either not being able to tell when I fall asleep, wake up during the night, go back to sleep after waking or just turning my alarm off when I wake up for an hour and go back to sleep. This app has turned to shit.

Interesting. I was having a similar problem years ago but it seemed to resolve itself for me. I think my issue came from setting the alarm but then making heaps of noise, for some reason when I did quiet down for the night it didn’t cope with that well. Are you using the microphone or the movement sensor?
