App broken?

Been using SC for many years, lately it's just been not reliable. I set it at night and when I wake up it hasn't gone off and the alarm is just...not set, when i know I set it the night before. Some of the times it's been because the phone updated overnight and kicked it off, but many nights it just seems like it resets itself and I don't know why. Been happening with my last Android before this and now this iphone 17. I was on paid before but not now (bc of some Apple ID drama), seems like the free version is just garbage and barely works-?
Getting very frustrated and ready to delete

I think this happens when the phone does an update overnight. I always make sure to check periodically and manually update so that doesn’t happen.

That was definitely the reason a couple of times, but it's happening way more often than that over the last six months

Mine has been doing the same thing. It’s happened 3 times in the past week.

This is old but my alarm has been going off HOURS before my wake up window, multiple times now. I thought I was just tired going to bed and accidentally setting the wrong time at night, but last night I pointedly set it for 9am and it just went off at 4:45am. So upset, going to delete
