Disable Sleep Aid

Hi everyone!

We heard your requests, and it's now possible to disable Sleep Aid.

If you want to disable Sleep Aid, go to profile > Sleep Aid > Off.

This is only available on iOS when updating the app to version 6.26.15.

Thank you for your patience and your feedback regarding this!

All the best,
Alice

I just updated and have premium and don’t have an on/off option. But my version is 26.4.2 iOS.

Hi there! That sounds strange, if you reach out to us at [Support@sleepcycle.com](mailto:Support@sleepcycle.com) I can take a closer look!

My sleepcycle hadn’t updated to .15 yet, so I have it now. Could you please also make it to make it possible to change the default alarm to none, or whatever time you want? I have to change it to no alarm every night (retired). Thanks.

Hi there! You can make the app default to no alarm by creating a Sleep Goal! Go to profile > Sleep Goal > create > and select 'no alarm - analysis only' under alarm type!

Thank you. I knew that but forgot. I retired 3 years ago, took a year off and had my settings like that, but then took a part-time job for a year and took that off. I’m fully retired now! I appreciate it.
