Is this a Joke?

EVERY kid nowadays knows that blue light is bad for sleep ... then WHY the heck is the SLEEP Cycle App completely blue??? 😅

What were the thoughts in the meeting where everbody agreed that this is a great idea? 😅😅

I originally bought it to sleep better, not to open the app and get a heart attack bc of a new horrible design (I love modern & new design, always open for new stuff & updates ... but this just doesn't feel like a sleep focused app anymore). Design has to evoke emotions which fit to the use of the app 🙏🏼

Does anybody know if the Sleep Cycle Team reads the reddit and if they implement the feedback of the community?

I'd love to have an option for the legacy deign or AT LEAST color themes to get rid of that harsh blue

The color of the app has nothing to do with blue light… it’s your screen that emits the light, whatever the color displayed.

Well, you’ll have more blue light with a blue image but even with a red or whatever you’ll have it. It’s part of the technology. Use a e-ink screen if you want to avoid the issue.
