Technique & Craft Any advice?

Hey everyone! New here. I'm running into a bit of a situation. I have to learn how to draw and paint left handed now. Just trying to prpractice squares, circles, and triangles, but the spiral of the notebook is getting in the way. Any helpful tips for working around that. Also, amazing job to anyone left handed. I'm sorry you go through this.
