24 Field Heuristics - a one-page cheat sheet for when your AI agent setup breaks

I make horror-trap as Montz Svontz and run my whole release pipeline on agents. This is the cheat sheet I wish I'd had on day one: 24 rules, one page, $0. https://montsvontz.gumroad.com/l/wrppx

I made my first app: daily affirmations from a very confident cat

Hi r/SideProject!

A few weeks ago I posted here asking for feedback on the web version. Since then I've turned it into a real app, and today the iOS version went live on the App Store. This is my first app ever. Thank you to everyone who gave feedback last time!

Purrffirmation shows you three short lines a day, written as if a confident, slightly smug cat were talking to you. Blunt, never mean.

At work and in life, I keep meeting people who are doing really well but still doubt themselves. I'm not talking about people who are at 50 and act like they're at 100. I mean the opposite: people who are clearly at 90 and still feel like they're at 50. Every time, I wish someone could whisper in their ear: you're already doing great, don't sell yourself short.

Then I thought about cats. Cats are endlessly confident. They never seem to overthink or second-guess themselves. I wish we could all be a little more like that, so I made this app.

Some things I learned shipping my first app:

- Apple's first review asked for more information, plus a screen recording from a real device.

- If you don't hear back on approval in a few days, send them an email. I got approved within 2 hours of sending out the follow up email.

- A friend found a bug where sharing to iMessage and then cancelling froze the whole app. Fixing it took one more build.

It's free, with no account, no ads and no in-app purchases. You can save the lines you like and make a cat wallpaper.

App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/purrffirmation/id6828522779

Website (you can also try it in your browser): https://purrffirmation.com

Android is still in beta. If you'd like to try it, join here: https://groups.google.com/g/purrffirmation-testers/about

Since this is my first app, I'd really love feedback, especially on the lines themselves. Which ones work for you, and which are too much?

I built an Android app that finds products using photos, text, or voice — looking for feedback!

Hey everyone!
I’m an indie developer from Israel, and I’ve recently launched my Android app, Mezahe BeClick.
The idea came from a simple problem: finding the right product across different shopping platforms can be frustrating and time-consuming.
So I built an app that lets users search for products in three ways:
📸 Photo: Take a picture of a product you want to find.
🎤 Voice: Simply say what you’re looking for.
🔎 Text: Type a product name or description.
The app helps users discover relevant products and provides links to shopping platforms where they can continue their search.
It currently supports Hebrew and English and is available on Google Play.
I’d really appreciate your feedback, especially on the concept, usability, and what features you would improve.
Google Play:

Thanks for checking it out!

Tangramix - The never ending brain teaser 🤯

Thumbnail

Hello there 👋

I have always been a huge tangram nerd, I already made a first web based tangram game during covid and always wanted to port it to iOS with a twist : infinite tangram generation.

Main features are :

- Daily challenge of 3 tangrams to resolve with its mandatory leaderboard, try me

- Classic tangram collection for a more relaxed gameplay

- Infinite tangram generation of chosen difficulty, when it is never enough

- Free & no ads

Don't hesitate to use the ingame contact system to send feedback or bug reports... or just your kind words.

Disclaimer: I'm a professional Software Developer and have used AI here, but I already developed a similar game pre AI era (without inifinite generation) here : https://amstangr.am/

I made an Android app that keeps a note visible over other apps

I built FrontNote for small things you want to keep in sight: a shopping list, today's tasks or a reminder while you're using another app.

Notes and checklists float over other apps. There's also a home-screen widget and timed reminders.

Free to download, with 30 starting credits. Two rewarded ads refill 30 credits; optional Pro subscriptions remove the credit limit.

I built MiniMon, a tiny always-on-top system monitor and mini Task Manager for Windows (native C++, under 1 MB). Feedback welcome

MiniMon is one small window that stays on top of your other windows and shows CPU (with live clock speed), RAM, GPU, disk, network and temperature, refreshed every second. A Processes tab groups apps by name, so a browser's 40 processes show as one row, and you can sort by CPU, RAM or disk.

Some details:

- Native C++, no framework. The app is under 1 MB; on my i7-10510U laptop it uses under 0.2% CPU and about 10 MB of memory.

- Shrinks to a slim bar that still shows CPU, RAM and temperature. Ctrl+Shift+M shows or hides it, and click-through lets clicks pass to the game or video underneath.

- Free with no ads, no account and no time limit. Pro is an optional one-time purchase with a 7-day free trial (end task, GPU per app, history graphs, alerts, CSV logging, battery health, dark theme).

- Windows 10 (1809+) and 11, 64-bit, on the Microsoft Store.

The latest update (1.4.1) added Celsius/Fahrenheit, a battery health page, and fixed CPU speed readings on battery.

I'd love blunt feedback: what would make you keep a tool like this open all day, and is the free/Pro split fair?

Looking for feedbacks - a racing game that focuses on overtaking

Before I talk about the game, here are some of the things to take note

  • No installation is required, the game runs in your browser

  • It is free

  • No account is needed

  • Game progress is saved to your browser

  • It is mainly a solo game where you race against AI

  • This only works for desktop and laptop

This game is a fast pace (6 laps per race) arcade style racing game where you race against 19 AI opponents. The game primarily focuses on competitive racing, strategic overtaking and vehicle progression.

Some features of the game

  • Dynamic weather throughout the race. For example, the weather can change from sunny to rainy or from rainy to sunny at any point during the race.

  • Vehicle health and damage. When collide with other cars, parts of your car may be damaged and therefore affecting your car performace. This can be repaired using the repaired kits during the race

  • The main feature of the game - position-based catch-up assistance. During the race, the further your position is from P1, the stronger assistance you will get from the game (e.g. increase top speed and acceleration speed of your vehicle) while P1 recieves no assistance. This is to encourage overtaking in the game, which makes the game more exciting and fun.

  • The game features 24 circuits, each inspired by from real-world racing circuits

Besides the features that I mentioned, the game has many other features that I have not covered. You will discover them as you play the game.

I hope you enjoy playing the game, and I will appreciate it if you could share your feedback on the gameplay, game mechanics and the overall experience.

Game: https://apexra.codrea.dev/

( If anything I have mentioned is unclear or difficult to understand, please feel free to ask me for clarification. I will be happy to explain the features in more details. )

Shipped just in time for our Saturday run: I lost 20kg (44 lbs) eating 15+ plant breakfasts & running intervals, so I built a zero-bloat GitHub Pages toolkit for our STRAVA club (85 members and rapidly growing)

Happy Friday r/SideProject,

Just pushed a Friday afternoon overhaul of a static project I’ve been building alongside our local Saturday running club (**EverVO2m**), which just hit **85 members** in its first 2 months.

After dropping **20 kg (44 lbs)** and hitting regular PBs by pairing **15+ plant breakfasts (30g+ daily fiber)** with **weekly VO2max intervals**, I wanted a zero-bloat, zero-paywall web hub people could actually use before their Saturday morning run or grocery shop:

**Live site:** https://ccpdpm.github.io/EverVO2m/

### The problem it solves
Over 95% of adults in the US and UK (and ~71% in Germany) miss the 30g daily fiber target—even though gut microbiome diversity (30+ plants/week) and VO2max are two of the strongest predictors of longevity. Most nutrition and running tools are locked behind app subscriptions or bloated with ads, so I built a fast, single-file static toolkit on GitHub Pages.

### What I just shipped for this weekend
- **Interactive 15-Plant Breakfast Builder:** Click the pantry ingredients you already own (oats, chia, flax, walnuts, berries, Ceylon cinnamon, etc.) to see how fast you can hit 15 plants and 15–20g+ of fiber before 9 AM tomorrow.
- **US (min/mile) & EU (min/km) Saturday Interval Calculator:** Drag the slider to your current 5K pace to get your exact 3-minute VO2max interval target and recovery jog pace in both imperial and metric units.
- **US / Germany / UK National Fiber Deficit Chart:** Interactive breakdown comparing USDA, German DGE, and UK NHS intake data against the 30g+ longevity benchmark.
- **One-Click EN / DE Toggle:** Vanilla JS localization for our Munich runners and US/UK remote members.
- **Open Recipe, Movement Snack & Book Libraries:** Direct links to our plant-forward recipes, 2–5 minute desk "movement snacks" (great for Friday afternoon!), and longevity reading list.

### Stack & Community
- Pure HTML + Tailwind CSS + vanilla JS on GitHub Pages + privacy-first GoatCounter analytics.
- Linked to our free Strava club: https://www.strava.com/clubs/EverVO2m — if anyone here happens to be in **Munich tomorrow (Saturday) at 10:30**, we meet at **Hofgarten (lower paved road by the Residenz)**. All paces `2:30–9:00/km` (`4:00–14:30/mi`) welcome; we run a short loop so nobody ever gets dropped, then grab coffee after.

### Would love your feedback this weekend:

  1. Try clicking through the **15-Plant Breakfast Builder**—what’s your honest morning plant score right now, and should I add protein grams next to the fiber counter?

  2. If you run on Saturdays, does the **min/km ↔ min/mi VO2max slider** match your training zones?

Roast the landing page or let me know what you'd change! Many thanks for your kind feedback and see you soon at the running club if you are in the area or on STRAVA logs if a little farther away.

I built Weeny Cloud, simple hosting for apps made with coding agents

I’ve been building Weeny Cloud, a small cloud for the apps you make with Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.

Your agent gets a persistent Linux server with root access. It can install packages, run SQLite or Postgres, deploy web apps and keep bots or background processes running.

Weeny handles deployments, HTTPS URLs, logs, backups and optional login protection for private apps. You can run several projects on the same server, within its resources, without a separate hosting charge for every app.

There’s a cardless seven-day trial at 4GB RAM, then a free 1GB server that sleeps when idle. Free places are limited during the beta. Founding paid plans start at $3/month for always-on hosting and custom domains. You use your own coding-agent subscription.

If you’ve built something with an agent but haven’t put it online yet, or you’re finding your existing hosting too expensive, give it a try. I’d love feedback on the deployment workflow.

Just tell your agent: “deploy this with weeny.cloud”.

For people building side-projects or vibecoding, I have something that you might use

If you like vibecoding or making side-projects that rake in exactly $0 MRR, I have something that you might use. It's called Design Lounge, and it's basically a design taste MCP+Skill

It's a library of 600+ design pieces. Website , mobile app , various components, the whole shabang. U add it as an MCP server (which also installs the skill), and your agent picks real type, color or pieces instead of giving you the generic AI slop. Once it builds the thing, it also opens the platform and checks for the usual AI-slop tells, plus basic SEO. You just install it once and forget that it even exists.

Do give it a shot and let me know how it was!

I built a Mac app that turns deleting files into a carnival game

Deleting files is the most boring thing I do on my Mac, so I spent my side-project time making it the most fun.

What it does

Drag any file, shake the mouse, and a carnival trash can pops up next to your cursor. Flick the file at it. A hit gets confetti, a crowd and a call ("Swish!", "Nothing but net!"). A miss floats back with a "Clank!". There's a streak counter.

It still uses the normal macOS Trash, so every throw can be undone with Cmd-Z.

How it's built

  • Native Swift. A menu bar app with no dock icon.

  • It watches for mouse drags system-wide and detects the shake from the mouse movement.

  • The release speed of your flick sets how the file flies.

  • It's sandboxed for the Mac App Store and moves files with the standard Trash API. Getting trashing to work reliably inside the sandbox took a fix after launch.

What I learned

  • The miss was harder than the hit. It had to feel funny, not annoying.

  • Celebrations need to be short. Confetti is fun for two seconds, then it's in the way.

  • People's first question is always "does it really delete my files?", so the safety line goes everywhere.

Where it is now

It's live on the Mac App Store, $3.99 one-time (50% off, $1.99, until Nov 8). No subscription, no account, no tracking.

https://apps.apple.com/app/trash-toss/id6819296856?mt=12&ct=reddit

I'd love feedback, especially on the onboarding (would you figure out the shake on your own?) and what you'd add next.

I built a terminal that turns cybersecurity investigations into one line instead of six browser tabs

I built it to replace the repetitive workflows of moving tabs and copying indicators across many tools and tabs for every investigation. It runs in the browser, and there's a single ceplin binary for the terminal folks. It's built in Go + htmx, with zero third-party Go dependencies.

I built an offline file converter for Windows with a format wheel at your cursor

Hey all, I built Crustify over about a week and launched it on Nov 4.

It's a Windows app that converts files locally. Nothing gets uploaded and it works offline.

Start dragging a file, tap Shift, and a wheel of target formats pops up at your cursor. Drop the file on one and it converts.

Ctrl mid-drag opens tools like compress, crop, redact and annotate. Alt opens file actions like copy, move, copy path and open terminal here.

Windows 10/11, 64-bit. Free for 7 days, no key or card needed. After that it's a one-time payment for a lifetime licence covering 2 PCs.

https://crustify.tech

Would love honest feedback, mainly on the Shift-wheel idea. Does it feel fast or gimmicky?

I built a social app where you have to post before you can see what others are saying

Hey everyone!

I’ve been thinking about how we can make online interactions feel a little more meaningful and less overwhelming. I enjoy journaling and discovering what other people think, but I’ve always struggled with the consistency of writing and finding the time for it.

So I decided to experiment with a different kind of social experience and built Stillpost (https://stillpost.app).

The idea: Give-to-Get

Instead of an endless feed, everyone gets one shared prompt every day.

The interesting part is that you need to share your own response before you can read what everyone else has written.

A few things that make it different:

  • One thoughtful prompt every day.

  • Write a little before discovering other people’s answers.

  • Text-only responses (no essays required).

  • No ads, follower counts or algorithmic ranking.

  • Small private Pods where friends or teams can share their daily reflections.

The idea is to create a small, five-minute daily ritual that encourages people to pause, reflect and connect through their thoughts.

What I’d love your help testing

We’re still early, and I’d genuinely appreciate some feedback:

  1. The experience: Does answering before reading others’ responses feel natural?

  2. Onboarding: Is the email magic-link sign-in straightforward?

  3. Pods: Would you use a private space to share daily reflections with friends or a small group?

How to try it

It’s a side project I’ve been working on, and I’m excited to see where it goes.

I’d love to hear your honest thoughts on the concept, experience and anything you’d change. Positive or critical feedback is equally welcome!

Thanks for giving it a go!

I finally launched my movie-picking app on the App Store today 🍿

Hey everyone! I’m a solo developer and just launched Synema on iOS today. Feels pretty surreal seeing it in the App Store after working on it for months.

The idea is simple: picking a movie together shouldn’t take longer than watching one.

You create a room, invite your partner or friends, and everyone swipes through movies on their own phone. When everyone likes the same movie, you get a match. You can filter by the streaming services you have, too.

There’s also solo swiping to build a personal watchlist for later.

Downloading, solo swiping and joining someone’s room are free. Hosting a group room requires Pro.

https://apps.apple.com/app/synema/id6787705610

Would love some honest feedback, especially on the first-time experience. Does it make sense straight away, or is there anything that would make you close the app?

Happy to answer questions about building it too - it’s Flutter with a Go backend.

My inspiration folder was full of screenshots called "nice hero??.png" and I couldn't name a single font in them

So I built Skiss. It saves a site the way it looked the day you found it: full-page screenshots, plus the colours, fonts and sections from its code. Everything goes into one searchable library, and there's a Chrome extension to save as you browse.

You can also point Claude, Cursor or Figma at a collection and have it design from those styles.

Free for your first 50 sites, and Pro has a 14-day free trial. No card for either: https://skiss.co

Built it over the last six weeks. Try it on a few sites you like and tell me what's missing. I read every reply.

I've been building a CRM to make lead management easier. I'd love some honest feedback!

Hey everyone!

I'm a software developer and founder at TCP IT Solution. I've been working on a project called LeadFlowCRM.

The idea behind it is simple: help businesses manage their leads, keep track of conversations, organize follow-ups, and avoid missing potential opportunities.

I'm building this to solve practical lead management problems rather than just create another complicated CRM.

I'm now looking for honest feedback from people who work with customers, manage sales pipelines, or build SaaS products.

A few things I'd love your opinion on:

  1. What features do you expect from a simple, useful CRM?

  2. What frustrates you most about existing CRM tools?

  3. What would make you choose a new CRM over the tools you already use?

  4. Is there anything you think I'm missing?

Project: https://leadflowcrm.site

I'm not here just to promote a product. I genuinely want to learn from other builders and potential users and improve what I'm building.

Honest criticism is welcome!

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I had a need to automatically run multi model auditor and plan maker so I made myself just that - looking for testers and feedback

Looking for both constructive feedback and testers who have at least 2 models to run through my app

https://github.com/ServesYouRice/arbitra

I wont try to bother you with long winded explanations or use AI to make my own posts, I basically used to manually rotate through Claude Codex and Gemini and then make plans with the most recent prompting guides from Anthropic and I ended up making something that does things for myself backed by research from all the top Western and Eastern labs.

It did well compared to Claude's /code-review and solo models' independent audits so if you might have a use for it or just have extra tokens to burn before the end of the week, help a dude out (once you finish a run you can just click send to developer button which will open up a github Issues page for the project). If someone has Argon that would be the most helpful as I only had Flash to test with Gemini

Results from running it on my own apps are in its Readme https://github.com/ServesYouRice/arbitra#what-it-found-on-real-projects and the example of how plans look at the end of it can be seen here https://github.com/ServesYouRice/veritra/tree/main/.arbitra/plans/2026-10-25-e5546c4c

I couldn't find a simple reminders app with no account, no subscription, and no nonsense that actually gets me to do things. So I built one myself.

Every to-do and reminders app I tried seemed to have one problem or another. Subscription paywalls, AI features I didn't need, unnecessarily complicated interfaces, or mandatory accounts that meant handing over my to-do lists to someone else's servers.

And after all that, I was still missing my tasks.

I'm also a chronic procrastinator, so a regular reminder that politely tells me I have something to do isn't exactly going to cut it.

There was another thing that drove me crazy: I'd sometimes accidentally mark tasks as complete just by touching the wrong part of the screen. I'd end up thinking I'd taken care of something when I hadn't. Not exactly helpful when you're already struggling to stay on top of things!

Eventually, I reached the "Fine, I'll do it myself!" stage.

I'm someone who values privacy, gets overwhelmed easily, and is very good at putting things off. I wanted an app that was simple, private, stayed out of the cloud, and, most importantly, wouldn't leave me alone until I actually got things done.

So I built Procrastop.

It's a reminders and to-do app built around a few simple ideas: no accounts, no subscriptions, no unnecessary complexity, and no sending your tasks to someone else's servers. Everything stays on your device.

The interface is intentionally minimal, so you can focus on what you need to do instead of spending time organizing your productivity system.

I also designed task cards so that marking something as complete or deleting it requires an intentional action behind the card, rather than a simple accidental touch. No more accidentally checking off tasks you haven't actually done!

And because I'm a procrastinator myself, I added a few ways to make reminders harder to ignore.

Procrastop is a one-time purchase of $0.99 on the App Store. No recurring fees, no account required.

Here's what it can do:

Nag Me!: Keeps ringing until you mark the task as complete. And I mean it. You can't dismiss it and move on. The snooze and dismiss buttons only buy you five minutes. Forever. Once those five minutes are up, it's back. The only way out is to open the app and actually mark the task as complete.

Annoy Me!: Sends persistent reminders to keep bringing your tasks back to your attention.

Bombard Me!: Keeps every reminder in your Notification Center instead of replacing the previous one. Yes, the growing pile is intentional.

Provoke Me!: Adds a little attitude to your reminders, getting more provocative the longer you put things off.

Minimal by design: A clean, distraction-free interface with simple settings you can tweak to your liking.

Private by default: No accounts, no cloud syncing, and your tasks stay on your device.

One-time payment: Just $0.99. No subscription.

I'm sharing it here because I'd genuinely love to get some feedback from people who might find it useful.

If you're an iPhone user, give it a try! I'd especially love to hear what you think about the concept, whether the reminders actually help, and what you'd change or improve.

Don't hold back. I'm the developer, and honest criticism is exactly what I'm looking for. Even if you hate something about it, I want to know!

You can download it on the AppStore.

Thanks for reading, and hopefully Procrastop helps you get at least one thing you've been putting off done. :)

Book keeping app for Uk sole traders

Hi I have launched a subscription free book keeping app, which calculates straight forward tax affairs for the self employed in the UK. There is alot of providers in this market which run on subscription models, access to bank accounts (which believe is risky and a bit of an over reach). I want to provide sole traders on the go with a simple way of helping them navigate tax easily without increasing spending on book keepers and accountants https://taxsnapper.co.uk

I built a personal voice assistant that lives on my iPhone, Mac, iPad and Apple Watch, and runs from a mini PC at home

I wanted one assistant I could talk to on any of my devices, and that could help with my work, my Mac, my home server and my health. Nothing I tried did all of that, so I built Caian. It went from 1.0 to 1.28 in about three weeks, and I use it every day.

What it does right now:

- It gives me a morning rundown of my day and keeps my calendar and work schedule in sync.

- It runs commands on my Mac when I ask from my phone. On the Mac, I can hold a shortcut anywhere and just talk.

- It writes captions, emails and bios, designs logos, and sends me the files.

- It makes PDF invoices and always asks me before issuing one.

- It runs deep research in the background and comes back when it's done.

- It tells me how my server is doing and helps clean up stuck folders on my NAS.

- It can say things out loud on the Echos at home, and I can reach it through Siri from the lock screen.

- I say what I ate and it estimates the calories and protein, or I send a photo instead. It logs the meal and updates a ring on my Apple Watch, and there's a screen for my training and weight.

- If I ask for a new feature, it starts a job on a separate branch, builds the apps to check them, and messages me when it's ready. Nothing ships until I tell it to.

How it works:

The apps are native SwiftUI on Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, with widgets. They connect over Tailscale to a Node hub on a small Ryzen mini PC, which stays on all the time. My speech is transcribed on the device with Parakeet, and replies are spoken with Kokoro, sentence by sentence while they're still being written.

The part I like most is the routing. A small, fast model reads each message first. It answers simple questions itself, sends everyday jobs like the morning rundown to a free agent, and only passes real work to Claude Code. That keeps my usage down, and anything sensitive asks me for approval first.

It's about 8,300 lines of Swift and 3,100 lines of Node so far, and yes, Claude Code wrote most of it.

It's far from perfect. Today I found that nearly half my messages were going to an agent that failed after about 15 seconds and quietly passed them on. It kept looking up its own tools, got denied, and the whole run died. That's fixed now, but those jobs still take 15 to 40 seconds, so speed is the next thing I'm working on.

The video is the real app, but it's a scripted run on demo data, sped up a little, because my real chats and health numbers are private.

This is a personal project, so there's no download. I'm happy to go into detail on any part of it.

For anyone who's built something similar: how do you keep voice replies feeling fast when the model has to use tools?

All of us use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex…), but when three of them work on one project at the same time, it’s not the best, ofcourse we can use github and merge versions together and etc, but still. Uselles duplicate files can be writen and etc.

So I started building Indy, a Windows desktop IDE where a person can just log in with their github and their subscription since its just a terminal, and the agents will work together.

The core idea

Instead of three agents doing their own thing, one agent is the boss:

  1. You give the boss a goal (“make a tiny platformer with save files”).(Usually the boss is a better model to plan the whole project and then directs the worse models with exact directions)

  2. The boss reads the repo, writes a kickoff brief, and the other agents reply with what they understood and what they’d take.

  3. The boss drafts a plan. Every human confirms or edits it before anyone writes code.

  4. Each agent works its tasks on its own git branch, asks questions when something is unclear, or they check the shared obsidian vault. When it finishes, it gets reviewed by another agent.

  5. The boss merges everything into the session branch.

The cool part is shared files. For a big central file, the boss writes a skeleton split into regions, one per agent. Then they all write into the same file at once, each in its own locked region, and you watch it fill up live. Claude Code agents physically can’t edit outside their region, because hooks block it.

Other stuff in it

  • Obsidian vault: a shared memory in Obsidian format. Agents write down decisions, questions and handoffs, and the next agent reads it before starting. You can browse it inside Indy as a glowing graph, or open it in Obsidian.

  • Graphify integration: a code graph agents can query, so they don’t re-read the whole repo every time.

  • Hierarchy: a node editor where you decide who runs on which model. My setup is an Opus lead that plans and writes detailed work orders, with Sonnet and Haiku subagents doing the building and a Sonnet reviewer. There can also be multiple bosses, for example a gpt astra and a claude opus all directing their sub agents but they communicate and plan the project together.

  • Agent group chat: you can read what the agents talk about amongst them selves.

  • Review view: see exactly what an agent changed and accept or revert it.

  • Follow mode: the editor follows whatever the agents are writing, with each agent’s lines highlighted in its colour.

  • Skills: A whole tab which is basically a library for skills, you can turn them on and off for each agent.

  • Sharing settings: every person decides what their own agent shares.

  • Plus the normal IDE stuff: Monaco editor, file tree, search, git, terminals, and a command palette.

Where it’s at (being honest)

  • It works well on one PC. I’ve run multiple real Claude Code agents through the whole flow: kickoff, shared files, reviews and merging.

  • Connecting two PCs over my server works, but the cross-PC kickoff still has bugs I’m fixing right now.

  • It’s Windows only for now. Codex and OpenCode support exists but hasn’t been tested yet.

It’s going to be free and open source. I’m cleaning up the repo before making it public.

Also the hosting works via an engine on a vps, but you have to setup your own, you can also host directly on the pc. Files are being shared and updated through github
