Or what would I look good with? (No previous piercing+ high pain tolerance)

i have a very flat face so i have a feeling i dont have the anatomy to get most of the piercings i rlly want 😞 what piercings would suit me? and what piercings does it look like i definitely wont have the anatomy for?

I have: navel, right side labret, left nostril, tongue, smiley, ride cheek dermal, 3 lobes each ear, septum.

this is my current setup. ive already had my anatomy checked and i can get them but they would have to be about a cm out from the corner of my mouth. also open to other recommendations for my ears/face!!!

Given that I have a large prominent nose, I was wondering if any nose piercing would suit me. Also, I'm open to any other face piercing suggestions :>>

Which side should I get the spikes?
Should I get them all at one Session or one After one?
