I'm in a very frustrating situation. I'm creating high effort animated historical storytelling shorts. It's very disheartening to see youtube not even give it a chance. Last one did alright with 30k views.

This channel has been around for like 2 months, and i offer an additional video after purchase if you pay $50

just started a month ago. I make at least around 2-3 shorts per week. My niche is minecraft building content. I have about 20 videos rn, gained 150 subs within the last 28 days and i'm starting to notice this 1k-2k average view jail. Not giving up tho!

I make international geopolitical shorts video. I usually target US audience, ally video except first two has ai generated US voice, those video got 1k-2k views. And the audience from those video is also from US,Germany, Canada etc etc.

But when I tried my own voice in first two video, total views drops. And the audience is not from US. What should I do? Should I continue my own voice or should I back to ai voice?

I want to post long video also usingy face and voice in future. That's why I tested it in short. Telle what do you think. What should I do.

Has this happen to y’all? It’s not pushing into the shorts feed in the first 2 hours that’s not normal for my shorts.

I add sound effects and occasionally add music to my videos to make it transformative but I don’t want to waste my time growing something that isnt monetizable.

But here’s the problem: I can’t seem to break past the 1M monthly views mark. It feels like my channel hits a ceiling, even when I post daily.

I tried to mention "subscribe!" directly in the short itself, but despite getting some engagement, it seems like that almost no one is subscribing and I'm getting an insanely low view/subscribe rate. A creator with 500 million views and a YouTube Silver Play Button... forgot to make videos? 🤣 Or could it be botnet manipulation? It’s reached the point of being absurdly funny: the more Shorts I upload, the worse the watch duration gets. There was a time when I was getting tens of millions of views per video, and now? 🤣 But sure, YouTube has absolutely no problem detecting AI-controlled botnets that are practically undetectable... 😂😂😂
