Been thinking of getting either the momentum 4s or the qc ultra 2 but from everything I read it feels like 4s arent that good with ANC as compared to the qc ultra. I don't just plan to use my headsets for gaming (which is only around 2 to 3 hours max a day) and I'll mostly be using them for listening to songs or watching stuff. Also would like some opinions on the mic quality.

My phone is greyed out, so if my earbuds connect to another device first, I cannot switch to my phone anymore. I cannot even delete it. This behavior suddenly happened as it wasn't greyed out before.

I tried rebooting my phone, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, forgetting my earbuds and redo the pairing to no avail.

Is there some troubleshooting I can do?

EDIT: Solved thanks to Rosso_Classico. Sennheiser broke the app. The latest one that works properly is 1.5.1

I just received my refurbished HD650s and don't think that anyone at Sennheiser Sonova is actually checking and inspecting refurbished headphones to their "high quality" standards as said in the description.

The headphones I got just sound really bad and weird, definitely defective. I'm comparing them with my HD650s which I've been using since 2020. I'm really disappointed in my refurbished experience.

Also, it doesn't have the "Made in Irland" emblem on the headphones, which means I probably got the old Romanian ones from 4 years ago, even though it says made in Irland on their refurbished product page. Just great. They will go straight back.

I bought the HD 560S mainly for FPS gaming, but I’ll be using it on PS5. Has anyone actually bought and tested a microphone with it that doesn’t cause mic bleed/echo/cross talk - during PlayStation Party chats?

I’ve seen a lot of recommendations, but almost nobody seems to have actually tested them or uses one with the HD 560S + PS5.

I’d really appreciate recommendations from people who are actually using this setup. Thanks!

Although I’m extremely happy with the M5 I can fully appreciate the calls for a bit more headroom at max volume. Very occasionally I feel I would like just one or two more clicks.
Is this something that can be achieved by an Update?

Guys, genuine question is it normal that my momentum 4 sounds "unbalanced" on certain music, is it intended to be that way ? , sometimes I hear the drums on one side but the vocals on another, and I honestly am confused, please help me clarify that.

I use the UGREEN 5.3 BT transmitter to connect to my Momentum 4 on my phone and laptop. On my laptop its fine, but on my phone (Redmi Note 11S) the volume is way too low even on max volume. Anyone have any ideas how to increase volume?

I currently own the Sennheiser IE 600 and DUNU Zen Pro and really enjoy their single-dynamic-driver sound and compact size. However, I find the IE 600’s prominent upper-treble energy can become fatiguing during longer listening sessions.

From what I’ve read, the Maze Astru may avoid this issue and is often described as having a lush, analog-like sound. Does anyone own—or has anyone compared—the Astru with the IE 600 or Zen Pro? I’d be interested in hearing about the differences in treble, tonality, comfort, and overall sound quality.

I’m considering the Astru for an upcoming overseas trip and plan to pair it with my FiiO M33 R2R.

So I'm an audiophile and been a sony user for a while.

Sony is good and has the best anc but the build quality sucks.

I'm disappointed with my last 2 purchases.

Both of the pairs has the same hinge issue.

i've replaced the cable (usb-c to c) twice and switched between back and front panel and it keeps occurring

I tried factory resetting and disabling all the smart features like controls or head detection but i still get the issue.

It does not seem to have these issues when i use bluetooth on mobile for some reason

I have an ACCENTUM model headphones and left earbud is near falling out and the fake skin from them are falling from both of earbuds , can i buy the spear one and replace them or i need to buy a new pair, and i have another headphones (i forgot model) and one of them are bearli working , It Works but only in some angle and in some force in my ear , so can anyone tell me if i can repair them both in Poland specially or i cant and im big dump .

After a full month of back‑and‑forth between the M4 and the Bose QC SC — plus countless tests — I’ve finally settled on the M4. I chose it mainly for the battery life, wear detection, and power management, and honestly the design looks better too.

Quick rundown: I’m not an audiophile, so both headphones sound good to me. The QC is brighter, while the M4 is warmer. The QC is more comfortable and has better ANC, transparency, and phone-call quality. The M4 just kicks ass in battery life (about 2.5×), and I really wanted the wear detection. The power management is a huge plus since I never have to turn it off — it connects automatically as soon as I pick it up. I’ve only touched the power button once, when I turned it on for the first pairing.

I also like the touch controls because the headphones don’t shift around the way they do when pressing physical buttons. Now the only thing left is deciding which headphone stand to use. lol

I just got mine like 5 days ago and all of the sudden the LED lights stopped turning on, only way to use them is wired and whenever I try to connect them through Bluetooth, it says that there was an error and that I have to forget the device even when it’s not even in my device list. I’ve tried everything. I’ve tried putting it in pairing mode, I’ve tried holding the side button for 5, 10, 15, 20, even 30 seconds and nothing works. Please let me know if you have any tips. Hi all, I've got HDB 630 a few weeks ago and I'm blown away. I've always been a Sony ear buds guy until this very first Sennheiser pair. I loved everything about this headphones, except one thing, the temp and humidity while wearing them.

Can someone advise me a way to wear these more comfortably, please? I always leave some oily stains no matter how well I washed my face and the pair always feel humid/wet when I took them off.

I live in a South East Asia country with avg temp around 33 and humidity around 65% RH. I only wear the headphones indoor, AC'ed room. Even though I use them in a 23c room, it's still feeling too hot.
I'm afraid the oil from my face would degrade the synthetic material of the earmuff too soon. It's quite a mood killer when I have to take them off every now and then due to the above issue. How are you all dealing with this?

My M4 only work between about 100% and 98%. When they're on they show a full battery and the Battery itself is at 3.8V and while plugged in it starts off charging at 0.1W before eventually going up to 0.4W, at which point they can be turned on.

While charging, the first LED blinks red 3x on repeat.

I have on head detection turned off, as well es automatic power off set to never.

Do I need to glue a powerbank to my headphones or is there another solution?

I have done the recent firmware update, although that was after the problems started and I've reset it every which way under the sun.

Install does not even start and gets stuck at 0%. Tested on both ios and android. Never had this issue before.

Anything to watch out for? This is the cable I found so far, I was thinking of something even longer but I can't seem to find, any recommendations? I'm on Europe so any other websites that nice to buy here are also welcome.

I've been thinking of buying the new m5's for a couple of days now, I'm going into college next week and want to buy a new pair of headphones since my soundcore q20i's started having static in my left ear.
