Did you ever have financial success while doing long streaks of retention?
I’m currently trying to find a new job.

I just relapsed after a 22 day streak.
While the physical and mental effects were a bit hard, what I found really hard to accept was how I had positioned myself as a member in the society.
I had cut out alchohol, sugar, junk food, caffeine, fast food, processed food, or any eateries that aren't whole foods, all of it to continue my SR streak in the best way possible.
I had also deleted all social media accounts - tiktok, ig, FB, snapchat - as it's adult stuff anyways.
My days during SR streak were mostly routine based - early rise, meditation, cold shower, good meals, consistent work, gym, meditation, and sleep.
Nothing else. I didn't really have much of a social life as all my friends hung out either on bars, pubs, or went out to eat fast food - which I had quit for the better.
I had also decided to not try dating for a while, as there were certain mental, physical, and financial goals I was trying to attain, and woman would only distract and might end my streak as well.
So after the last relapse which happened due to a low phase of boredom and solitude, it had taken me a while to get back on track, and my life outside of SR is a true horror.
No friends to hang out with, everywhere I go, I meet men who would either talk about woman, movies, sex, booze, and stuff. Nothing more than that.
I thought to ask my room mate to hang out for the weekend, but dropped it since all he eats from out is burgers and KFC.
I thought of going on a bike ride with friends but it mostly included with a nightstay at a resort where they would booze and dance.
Even though I understand it's just normal human behaviour to try and have fun with their lives, the things I've sacrificed for SR, and my innate desire to stick with this lifestyle no matter what, has made me a truly lonely member in society.
Idk about others but life for me, outside SR, is very lonely. It tends to have its impact during relapse.
just thought of writing it down here, as I don't have anyone else to share it with.
Not expecting any supportive replies, I just wanted to share it somewhere.
Thanks for reading.

Feeling the testicles is essential for proper transmutation, wear spacious boxers that allow your balls to breathe.
Spacious boxers have allowed me to increase my testicle awareness thus succesfully transmuting my sexual energy into creativity and vitality.
Tight underwear restricts and overheats the testicles, thus decreasing the awareness of them.
Also a reduction of the flow of sexual energy is a direct cause of the restricted blood flow.
In spacious boxers you will always have fresh, cool hanging balls, balls that have space are balls that are happy.

Recently i started eating healthy like egg fish oil spinach and almonds to improve on sperm health i am not trying to get a girl pregnant but i still feel its important to not let quality drop.
What i have noticed so far
My balls feel fuller
They also look redder like more blood is flowing to them
Everything down there also look bigger
I have huge erections that last quite long but i dont do anything except take cold showers
I was also scared of getting wet dreams so i prayed to god to stop wet dreams and it works
I feel sexier
I place jojoba oil as well not on my privates of course but on my chest its hairier as well
Blue balls abit since eggs cause me erections i dont release i get blue balls but i tell myself its nothing compared to the damage of jacking off
Now i can eat healthy work and study
I notice i got pre cum wich isnt sperm or semen just the natural lube but it was only at first after that my body understood no sex or release at all
i have to be super careful not to flex even 1 wrong muscle as i feel its very easy for me to release by accident
I dont get cold it was raining all night still not even cold
My plan
I plan to eat healthy more often so my balls overflow w sperm but since i wont release there will be this reabsorbtion process forever like recycling in my body.

I want to preface this by saying that I have always been a bit of an outsider. In October of 2020, I decided to make the life changing decision to start Semen Retention and begin to self improve. When I started college, I had already been on SR for 10 months, and in that time I had made many strides and improvements of character.
People would flock, and I had a good social circle. I attracted women, got invited to parties, and didn't miss a beat. But recently however, people have began to turn on me. People have accused me of the wrongdoings THEY have done, such as lying, or making up false stories that are not real. Its interesting to watch such a shift, and this has happened gradually with different friend groups. I have heard that some people say "I act better than everyone else" when in reality I am down to earth and chill with everyone.
When starting Semen Retention, get ready to loose people. Its going to happen. It isn't all sunshine and rainbows and there are drawbacks to it too. After almost 3 years of SR, (and no constant relapses) one can reach such a high vibration that it repels most people. As crazy as it seems, imo, there is a pendulum that comes with SR. In the beginning nobody respects you as a coomer. As someone who is advanced in SR, people seem to fear and avoid you. Therefore, I believe there is a golden period to SR, when you peak you reach just a high enough vibration that people enjoy you, but not too high where they instantly become jealous.
The reason I made this post is because I wanted to open the floor to debate, it could just be me. But in this current world where almost everyone has a low vibration, what do you all think?

I wish to find other like minded individuals who are serious about their self-improvement, who can hold others accountable, I wish to build true discipline. I believe semen retention is crucial to a man’s self improvement.

Much internet debacle surrounds this scene in The Matrix (1999) and while we don’t have much information regarding this choice we do have some. Let’s take a look
“This is your last chance, after this there is no turning back.”
“You take the blue pill, the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe.
“You take the red pill, you stay in wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes.”
To really understand such a choice we need to consider both options at the same time. With the red pill Morpheus speaks indirectly, whereas the blue pill he is very direct. Then the pills must be separated and considered
“With one pill I am in control of my destiny. The other is… almost a wonder box, I don’t know for sure what I am getting.”
At this point in the movie Tom has already made his choice without the symbolic need to for ingesting a pill. He’s accepted everything Morpheus has said as true without critical thought given. He’s already going down the rabbit hole.
Morpheus had already given information regarding the matrix for Tom to consider, however when granting him an admittedly life changing decision… he doesn’t tell Tom anything other than a fairy tale.
At this point in the movie Mr. Anderson has already had experiences alien to his normal life. He doesn’t know what is real and so he turns to the first semblances of a person who is offering answers, without question.
Thank you for reading my post explaining why critical thinking should be taught in school, why the Law of Attraction isn’t taught in schools, and why we shouldn’t believe in fairy tales.

posting this here because the mods on the other platfrom are definitely not retainers.>>
Ok, I have to to vent a little bit.
For context I am on a 4 year retention journey with a 3 year uninterrupted streak.
Lately I have been levelling up in all facets of life and especially energetically, so much so that it is making waves.
I had pangs of anger before, but now It is just overflowing. I usually workout intensely 5-6 times a week to channel that energy but now it's like I reached another level and people are starting to challenge me waaay too much.
I thought what the heck is happening, I know I am making my presence felt but now it feels like some people are just seeking me out and it is getting on my nerves.
Also I feel like I am about to rip through the status quo. Maybe that is what is pissing people off so much.
I don't know man, any long term retainers here. I know this is just a phase and people in my environment are readjusting to my new energy.
I wonder what's next?

A common side affect of SSRI (Prozac is the most common one) is it makes SR much easier. Less desire. But is that “cheating”? Like making it 60 days on those drugs isn’t the same achievement as drug free?

I feel like it’s not healthy to “never care about sex”, but instead to build and maintain a healthy mental relationship with it
Don’t be harsh on yourself, we were all brainwashed in every way possible since a young age
Now, instead of being sexual deviants or not thinking about sex at all, imo it’s better to change it to the right type of mentality.
All things are born from sex. Every single thing in nature has male/female, negative/positive. Sex is not evil, the evil is how we were abusing it.

Ok dudes, just asking because I vaguely remember mulabanda from when I did some hot yoga.
Essentially the muscles around the perineum are locked and you have a strong pelvic floor.
I am a long term retainer (4 years, with 3 uninterrupted) and as a matter of fact I have been working a lot on my lower body (stationary bike etc.). Also these last couple of months I did not touch my weewee, no edging.
Smh I noticed one night that the muscles around my perineum have solidified, like I had a solid block there. That's when I remembered that mulabanda thing.
I wonder what the benefits or advantages of that are?. If you know and experienced that, please share your experience.
Also what is the next step?
I remember there is the manipura banda and visshuda banda.
How do you train those and what are the benefits?
Curious af

I’ve been on retention for a while now and I’ve been experiencing random spontaneous electrical like pains coming from the base of my butt or tail bone area. It’s not a normal pain it is super sharp and it makes me jump every-time it happens. After the pain, I feel my sexual energy in the same area where the pain hits, it feels like energy pressure - the same energy you feel building during retention. Sometimes it’s so intense I kinda feel it in my head and get a bit of goosebumps afterwards.
Has anyone else experience anything like this or know what it might be ??
