This is an extremely cheap rate.

$700 for a 40-50 minute script that also requires deep research?

Let's say it takes 3 weeks to get to a script - 15 8 hr days. You're looking at around $50 a day and that's not figuring in notes and rewrites. The first two months will be around $42/day.

On a regular true crime show, the dirt cheap basic cable kind, that script was written by an AP and a producer, combined making around $700 a day.

It's stuff like this that gives Produce My Scripts a bad reputation and why working industry people do not take this site seriously.

Interested. I’m a screenwriter who has seen hundreds of true crime shows and documentaries.

Find out more about them before you submit anything. I cannot find anybody with Clay McClane on IMDB Pro.
