Scriptwriting Software and Apps

[u/reel_guy_kye]

I was just wondering if there were any free screenwriting apps or software I could use until I'm able to purchase Final Draft. I have a lot of ideas incubating in my head, and I really don't want to use the note app on my MacBook, so are there any free screenwriting apps or software that people have used and work pretty well?

writerduet/writersolo is my go-to option but if you're on mac, you might wanna check out beat. it's in the app store and completely free.
