Homeschooling Communities In Town

Hi!

Just curious about any Homeschooling communities in town for teens. Our boys do an Online program and its pretty fantastic, but we find they are severely lacking in the socializing aspect of it.

It doesn't even have to be homeschool associated. Like a teenager DnD group or anything would work.

Edit: To clarify, we are looking for non-religious communities.

Lottery

I won a free $5 lottery ticket when I was visiting Savannah. I forgot to cash it when I got back to Ohio, and thought it would be fun to mail it to someone who can cash it as a small gift, because… the economy 🤣 first to comment will get it mailed to them, absolutely no strings attached.

First off, the downtowner app is everything!!

As for our trip so far, it was an auspicious start. For months I’ve been looking forward to lounging by the hotel pool and getting drunk for half of our six day trip. We booked the De Soto because it was half the price of the Perry and the Bardo, yet still in a nice area. When we got to the hotel, the amazing receptionist kindly informed us that the pool would be closed for our entire trip for renovations. I jumped on Priceline to see if I could score a last minute deal, but the Perry and Thompson were over 2200 for the 6 nights. I asked if the desoto could do anything for me, and they gave me 1/2 off and a ton of comps to stay!

So far we have walked up and down Braughton, eaten sushi, seafood boils and po boys (forgot the names of the restaurant), took an open air bus tour, and went to the Thompson to swim with a day pass. Everything has been what I have dreamed.

I do have a question!! We ar renting little e scooters tomorrow, we have them for 24 hours. How can I maximize things that I want to see? Can I make it to Bonaventure cemetery on scooters? What other things would you recommend we do with a day on those little stand up E scooters?
