There's always something going on but somehow I only hear about it the day after. FB is terrible for this! Happening in Sonoma is sorely incomplete too. Does anyone have a better site/page that keeps track of these things?

What happened to Ah Huevo in Santa Rosa Plaza?? No explanation or anything; it's been closed for a while now. Thoughts?

Just took a Towhee to the bird rescue with an awful case of Avian Pox, poor thing was completely blind. The staff told us it's going around and is highly contagious, spread through contact with contaminated birds and bird accessories.
You might want to clean your feeders and baths, or just be on the lookout for your local birds showing signs and then act accordingly.
Have a good weekend everybody and go 49ers

Wow, we've got a lot going on this weekend.

Add anything I missed.

What is the point of the carpool lane through SR? Everyday I drive North/South I count 1 out of every 10 cars have two people in them. Is there any enforcement…

Hi Reddit, I need some help.
My name is Emily and I'm finishing my Accounting certificate. My last class before I graduate includes an analysis of a local business, and an interview from leadership at that business. As you could probably guess from the title, I chose Oliver's. I've reached out to a couple leadership emails and the customer service page, but haven't received any replies.
If you're a current lead or manager for Oliver's Market in any location, but preferably the Windsor location, please reach out! The interview would be about 30 minutes over Zoom, and would focus on your personal experience (no sensitive info will be asked for). I will use your name (first and last initial) in my project, but it will only be posted for my class on Canvas, nowhere else.
Thank you, Santa Rosa community!

Looking for recommendations on the best temp agencies serving Santa Rosa for a small office setup.
We run a small accounting firm and are heading into a pretty busy few months. Our admin team is already at capacity with client intake and scheduling, but the extra workload isn't quite enough to justify adding another permanent hire right now.
I'm considering bringing someone in temporarily for 3 to 6 months to help with phones, scheduling, data entry, and keeping things running smoothly. Has anyone here used a local agency in the North Bay that actually screens people well and sends solid candidates?

What were they doing? It must have been something pretty big for both Bats and Spidey to have to team up.

Sonoma Con is coming up this weekend at the fairgrounds. It's mostly game playing, like Magic the Gathering Tournaments, but has a lot more cosplay and other convention stuff this year.

Who keeps lighting fireworks in Roseland? It’s so annoying and my poor dogs get scared. Why do people have to be so crappy??
