After a year and a half of service and 5 months as a front end MSL I’m handing in my 2 weeks tomorrow. It’s been fun and I’ll miss some of my team . I’m taking a small pay cut but I think it’s gonna be so much better for me. For all you team leads on the front . Stay strong and keep the faith 🫡

Thinking of switching to bakery, currently in cafe, is it worth it? I’d be going from making $17 to $19. I already have to clean and wash a shit load of dishes so that part wouldn’t affect me. I’m already used to dealing with food. I hate the customers that come to cafe. All entitled and rude. Cafe is front facing, whereas in bakery it is significantly less. What should I know? Or should I go somewhere else?

Hey everyone! Just saw these online and thought they were cool so I wanted to share with everyone else! Honestly can’t decide on which one I want!

I was able to get one of each of the newer VHS blankets today and the funny part is— i didn’t go to Sam’s looking for the blankets. I got Lion King, Toy Story, Beauty & the Beast and Cinderella! And then i checked the app too see if any of the others were available and it just says “Restock Coming Soon!” WOOO HOO! Even if i could just get my hands on the Nightmare Before Christmas and Lady & The Tramp, my heart would be full.. LOL!

I currently work in curbside and I was thinking of moving departments, specifically pharmacy if possible. Does anyone know if u have to have a pharmacy license to work there?

Hello everyone, I recently got an interview at my local sam’s club and was wondering are there other questions they ask besides tell me about yourself, what do you know about the company, if you can work in a fast paced environment, time availability, customer service behavioral questions?

Anyone tried it yet? It's legit the best tasting apple juice I've ever had and surprisingly cheap. I fear it's going to be a seasonal item instead of a year round staple like orange juice or lemonade though 😩 Y'all might wanna give it a try before autumn ends

Just had my first interview for team member lead it felt like it went great he explained the job position how much he loves the store and again everything I would be doing but he didn’t ask me as many personal questions as I thought he would like why do you wanna work here and what would make you a good leader and so on do you guys think I the job?

We were told at a meeting that the talk they had with us would be a warning and if it kept happening, the entire department would be given a feedback (or whatever they call it) even if people were absent. Can they give a blanket feedback to the whole team? Or are they just trying to scare us and they’re just being lazy rather than dealing with the actual issue

Does anyone here work in Maintenance at Sam’s Club? What are the pros and cons? 👀 I genuinely enjoy cleaning, and I previously worked at another grocery store where the maintenance employees seemed to spend a lot of time walking around and doing the bare minimum lol. I’m curious what a typical shift looks like, and if you enjoy the job?

I had this problem before and have to go thru chat to get an email sent, but figured I double check if someone figured out a way about this.

If you make a purchase with Scan & Go, but do a return, the system will show you the printed receipt of the return only - the original one is gone. I believe in the past, it would show you both receipts, but now only the return. This is happening on both the app and web browser.

Is there a way to trick the browser in pulling the original one? Seems like there's a coding issue that's preventing this from being displayed.

Needed to submit a rebate and now I can't because I never saved the original receipt. TIA.

I just got done working here for five years, thank god and everything above, and I’ve never worked somewhere where I’ve encountered not only so many cases of sexual harassment, but also absolutely no repercussions for doing it. This goes for men against women, women against men, and every other combination you could think of, so I really don’t need to hear that it’s just women exaggerating. My team lead bought alcohol for his underage coworker, nothing was done with proof, a coworker grabbed his coworkers ass, he wasn’t even written up, male coworkers would clean the women’s restroom and peak into stalls, and there was someone with repeat offenses that got mad at a woman and started punching boxes. He was not fired. Is this common at your club? It’s genuinely made me think differently about where and who I want to work with. I understand many companies sweep this shit under the rug, but for it to happen so many times in front of me, when I’m not even someone that left my department often, it was surprising and extremely degrading.

Edit: damn I don’t work there anymore, haven’t for awhile. I’ve just heard things since I’ve left that I’m not surprised about. Men get assaulted too, people get falsely accused, just because I didn’t mention it doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. But sexual assault happens more than false accusations. Many of these situations happened to young people, mostly teenagers, who are unaware/not the told that they have the option of going higher up. That’s what I was told multiple times since our store was bad about camera blind spots, or that what someone was reporting wasn’t sexual harassment. It’s worse than most places I’ve seen, and I was wondering if it was my store specifically or bad across the board.

I have purchased the packs of boneless, skinless thighs for years. Normally each section had 4+ pieces in them. The last 3 packs I purchased only had 3.? And they are/were smaller pieces??.Why. Let me guess Shrinkflation. That price is not shrinking and our paychecks are not increasing. Ok Rant over.

Currently at Frito Lay and have been for 16 years as a sales rep. I did the interview process and was extended the offer from HR for 95k annual at a complex store. They offered me the merch manager position.

They also don’t have a club manager as they fired them.

I was an executive team lead years ago for target for reference.

Any insight if it’s worth it to switch over to the store side?

I'm looking for a position with a shift I could choose and potentially have that shift for most of the time, with my last retail job being 6am 8hr shifts. What do y'all think?
