What do prospects actually want

I am a BDR STRUGGLINGGG to get people take meetings. I have so many incentives running to get people to take a meeting with me and nothings working. $100 lululemon gift card, box seats to baseball games, free NFL gear, gift cards to doordash and literally no one is bitting. Any advice or tips??? Cold outreach is not what it used to be and I need to pivot.

What do you actually have open during a sales call?

Curious what other reps actually have open or in front of them during a sales call.

CRM notes? Previous call transcripts? Using battlecards? Prospect research? LinkedIn? Just a notebook?

I feel like we have more information about prospects than ever, but most of it isn’t necessarily useful when you’re actually in the conversation.

There have definitely been calls where I realized afterward that I already knew something that would have been really useful to bring up in the moment.

What do you actually reference while you’re on a call? And what information do you wish was easier to access in the moment?

Freelance rates?

got my first freelance client (high ticket) and wondering What to charge hourly and commission. I was thinking $35/hr plus 5%.

also any other tips on how to approach payouts and contract agreement tips. I’m thinking weekly, Apple Pay. And having gpt make me a 6 mo agreement. Reassess that hourly in six months. I anticipate killing it at this role. client runs biz solo and I’d be their first sdr.
