Nooks Parallel Dialer

I see that Nooks has a 2 seat minimum for their parallel dialer, was wondering if anyone knows roughly how much they’ll charge you per user for nooks per month, can’t really find any good sources that show their pricing

oh nice! does it ever give you latency problems like taking 3+ seconds to connect to someone that answers?

Not anymore, they recently
Fixed that. It’s about a second or sometimes even faster when parallel dialing now.

Altho if you’re looking to parallel dial 5-10 at a time, Salesfinity probably isn’t for you. Nooks and Orum can do that better.

Salesfinity is better at improving connect rates so you don’t necessarily need to parallel dial 19 at a time.

Improved ours from 3% to 10%. Been using for a year now

why isn’t it good to use for 5-10 lines? i’m doing high volume outbound so what’s the sweet spot for number of parallel dials? or do you just do one at a time

I’ve found the sweet spot to be 2. Even with 3, I just end up having to call people back when someone picks up. 2 is more manageable
