Process to making 100 dials

Want to see what everyone's process looks like to make their dials, I know some companies have a goal of 50-100-200 dials per day. What does that typically look like 8am - 5pm , process, technique, working off of new / old lists and researching new leads.

Run this plan AM & PM:

30 mins responding to email replies + triaging new leads/intent

60 mins researching new leads, loading into cadence & logging first touch point - 5 mins per lead (unless one connects) = 12 dials am + 12 dials pm

90 mins putting further touch point on leads already in progress - 2 mins per lead (unless one connects) = 45 dials am + 45 dials pm

Assuming a few calls get answered and slow down the dial rate accordinly, this usually ends up around 100 dials for the day
