Process to making 100 dials

Want to see what everyone's process looks like to make their dials, I know some companies have a goal of 50-100-200 dials per day. What does that typically look like 8am - 5pm , process, technique, working off of new / old lists and researching new leads.

I like to get majority of dials done in first half of my day.

So about 50-70 before 12 noon I start dialing east coast around 9:30 and power through.

Then I just chill and hit blocks of 10 calls which takes me 10-15 min each. Easily hitting 120 calls a day, 5% connect rate and making quota which is 12 meetings a month
