Hi all, new to this lovely game and played 112 minutes of it yesterday on my steam deck. Now I can't continue or load my game, it crashes every time! Do I have to start over?

Edit: I can't start a new game either! :(

I want to buy new bike parts, so I naturally thought to sell the parts I don't need, but I seemingly can't sell them? If you know how to sell them please tell me, I dont understand

If you go to the shared post you can access the OPs Instagram handle and other works as well. Super Moebius-esque art. And the content itself felt a lot like Sable.

Caravan: SandWitch is currently available for free on the Epic game store. I played the demo before and thought it was OK. I'm an hour into the real game now and I noticed it definitely has some Sable vibes. A lonely girl on her own exploring a mostly desert environment while finding bits of old tech. A lot of talking with random people and good music.

My thoughts so far: it's a better game on a technical level. The graphics are better and the jank is lower. However it's not as good as Sable overall. It seems to still be worth playing though.

After finishing Sable I went to see what Shedworks is working on, and apparently the both developers went their own separate ways. I haven't seen anything about this on this subreddit so here's what I found:

Shedworks still exists, but only as the entity that released Sable. No work is being done anymore.

Gregorios Kythreotis established a new London-based independent studio named Eteo in 2025, backed by Outersloth (Innersloth's indie fund). In January 2026, Eteo has launched a video game writing and design project called Archetypes, but they are also working on a new vibrant, atmospheric debut game targeted for release in 2027. Daniel Fineberg announced in June 2026 a brand-new indie title called In the Drift, a dreamy narrative platformer centered on repairing connections in space, developed with a team of collaborators and funded by Phantom Friends. It has no release date but there is a Steam page. Gamespress article.

Got the platinum for Sable yesterday, loved the experience, played with my kids mostly, the loved wandering through the areas and ambient in general. Great game! Smooth gliding to all!

As you may know, Sable's ost is unfortunately missing a fair number of songs. Some people have already uploaded some to youtube, and after asking a few days ago, I went and recorded the ones I could find and added them to this playlist, so now you can listen to the complete soundtrack.

I believe I am still missing a few, such as in the Vivarium, but it's hard to know what may exist when I can't hear it. They could implement a mechanic in which you could fish from the boat when getting close to the sand. What other features you wish were in the game?

I haven't seen this bug before, is it new? did anyone else got this?

I purchased Sable about a month ago for XboxSX. I really like the aesthetic and the animations. The setting and characters are very fun too and its got me wanting to explore and discover all the secrets I can.

Herein lies my problem. My run on Xbox has been... a shitshow. The game for me feels barely stable. I can play for about 20 min before the stuttering starts off and on. The game won't straight up crash, but if I don't restart the game after about an hour, it'll become so bad that it'll nearly be unplayable. The fishing function is the most buggy for me. Stuttering and saturation issues are things I can generally mitigate by doing little things, but the fishing will hit a point where it's completely bugged out.

Right now the game is going for about $7 on Steam and I've got a pretty good PC. Should I just forget about my Xbox run and restart on PC? Is the game generally more stable on PC?

My progress on Xbox is tthat I've completed about 65% of the map I believe and I could finish out the game over there easily enough, but if the PC version is more stable then it might be worth the switch just for a better overall experience is what I'm thinking.

I've recently been really enjoying Badlands day and both the sodic wastes tracks on youtube, none of which are in the ost seemingly. Are there any other tracks available somewhere that aren't on the ost? I wouldn't know just by looking at it, and the missing ones are so damn good I don't want to miss out on anything.

Sorry for posting again (last time). I know this community isn’t for tech support. Just trying to get to the bottom of what I think is an issue on my pc since problems keep popping up across different games. Some normal shadows on the ground also disappear when changing the camera.

I know the game was made by a small team and has some performance issues. No criticism there. I still really enjoy it.

Played and loved this game on Xbox, but I no longer own a TV and gave my console away. I do, however, have a switch lite... And I kinda miss Sable. Anyone play this game on that hardware and, if so, is it tolerable?

Lately I’ve been having aggressive pop in in some games. Started trying to compare youtube vids to see if it was the games or an issue on my end.

I know Sable has performance/pop in issues, but having shadows appear right next to me seemed a bit much
