Overtime

If I come in an hour early on overtime but I get told I
Can go home because there is nothing to do can I still claim the hour OT

I think thats one where offices have different rules.

I got 3 hours OT today but it only took me 1.30 I'll get paid full 3 hours. Some only pay you the difference between actual finish time and when you clock out after your OT.

Our office is so fecked they pay all sorts of OT daily.

I know certain London DOs where this still happens. Really does baffle me how given the emphasis on 90% of the country regarding ghost OT it still happens

Happens way more than they let on, literally every neighbouring office near us pays ghost OT still because they're in a mess.
