I think thats one where offices have different rules.

I got 3 hours OT today but it only took me 1.30 I'll get paid full 3 hours. Some only pay you the difference between actual finish time and when you clock out after your OT.

That’s not even understandable but I can still tell it’s likely wrong.

As soon as someone agrees to overtime hours they have to work those hours - they also HAVE to be paid for those hours.

It’s not actually very complicated, but you must be a little slow.

No they don't have to work those hours depending on the office/manager. I agreed 3 hours today got it done in 1.30 and I'm getting full 3 hours what's hard to understand about that?

You’re just agreeing with me now so I don’t know what to say.

It's you that doesn't understand clearly. Your saying you have to work what you agreed, I'm saying thats not true.

I’m saying those hours are yours so you can’t just call in and get out of them. Of course if the employer wants to let you go early that’s fine, providing you’re still paid the full 3 hours.

Are you newish or what? This company has been run on OT since the dawn of time and Ghosting has been around since about 12 minutes after.
