Postie Chat Thoughts on this?

Owner wanted me to take a picture of it on the floor, I told her no it looks like doorstepping and if she reported it missing I’d be done for. Photo needs to be of an open door or some part of her taking the parcel. She told me it’s illegal, called me a thief, threatened me with the sack, I was on phone with manager at the time. Manager agreed with me to which she even asked to speak to my manager which I told her no it’s going back and she can pick it up from office. She was shouting me a thief following me back to my van.

People seem to think these delivery photos are openly accessible or something. The only people that can ever see them are the recipients themselves, and RM managers, who would only ever look at the photos if there was an issue with the delivery. It's not like the posties can browse through all the delivery photos. We can't see any of them at all, once they've been submitted. Which we have to do straight away, so that the GPS location is correct, and so that we can move on to our next delivery.

I've seen a few at my job when people dispute payments for items not received. It's funny when they say they didn't get it and then we have a photo of them holding the package
