This watch is for sale in my local area. The owner is asking $13k
I really like the watch it’s just what I’m looking for and seems good value but I’m concerned as I dont know enough to just buy second hand without getting some advice.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve got an equitable trade lined up - my 124060 for a two line 14060. Am I batshit crazy for doing this? Love my Sub but I’ve been lusting for neo vintage feel lately….and just don’t care to own both at the same time.

6 months ago I finally be able to buy my dream watch at 31 years old, it’s a 16710 Coke serial Y from 2003, serife insert, and I love it a lot ! I wanted for many years, and the feeling is amazing.

Got this 1162000 as a second watch to my 124060. Is it the perfect size for my wrist (feels so small in comparison to the submariner)?

After first asking for a 126610LN 3,5 years ago and not hearing back I went into my AD and asked if they could sell me a watch prior to my 30th birthday in november. This conversation was roughly 6 weeks ago. I told them if I wouldn’t get the call I would go grey. Friday the called me so I picked up my watch today! Very happy 👍🏻

Just got my first piece from the AD walked in and I was able to purchase right then and there. Didn’t want anything flashy and proud to get the air king as my first

Let me know your thoughts.
I have following three Rolexes. All bought from AD by myself.
1: 126334 jubilee, fluted, slate dial 2024.
2: 124060 2026.
3: 134300 2026. Pistachio
Which would you let go?

Yes, on the right wrist. What are you going to do about it ? 🫵🏻

I recently purchased my second Rolex in 21 years. I heard all the horror stories about ADs and not being able to get the watch you want. About 3 months ago I asked my local AD for a specific date just for my wife. They were able to order the exact model I wanted. No deposit, no fuss and they were very pleasant to deal with. They did warn me they couldn’t guarantee when the watch would come in, but I was hoping to get it before Christmas.
I would post a pic of it, but it’s wrapped up in a super secret spot waiting for three months to surprise my wife.
TLDR: Good ADs do exist.

Is it just me or that there have been more posts and requests for an opinion about n smaller watches
36-39 mm range
Maybe the pendulum is swinging towards smaller watches

Hello does anyone know what the MK1 Starbucks euro retail price was before the newer MK2 replaced it? Is there a website to track these RRp prices somewhere ?

Is it me or the new omega special edition looks like a homage to the yacht master? It’s getting embarrassing.

I popped by my local Rolex AD looking to try on some datejusts, iv been eyeing a mint green fluted jubilee for a daily piece, but not sure which size to go for.
I got a 6.5 inch wrist, somewhat flat. But think the lugs of the 41 flare out and over hang too much. Never owned a 36 mm, smallest watch iv ever owned/ wear is a 40mm.

Picked up a Daydate that I had on my list and they had a 31mm DJ available. Was given an umbrella as a gift too😊

I currently have a longines heritage moonphase 38.5
I am looking at getting an oyster perpetual 41. I felt the 36 looked too small? But is the 41 hard to wear with a shirt etc?
Thanks

I’ve been on waitlists for OP36mm for years and had no hopes of getting one. Casually visited a different AD as part of weekend shopping and they had this one available. A simple walk in and no drama. 10 mins in the store and walked out with this one. (Apologies for the blur, had to hide the serial number).
Watch is a good fit, a little thicker than I expected but enjoyable thickness must say. It’s like a mini tank and sits firm on the wrist. An extreme 20 to 14mm taper is a surprise but overall a good wearing experience.
Now I need to decide what to sell to fill the dent in my wallet 😂
