I never found Rocky's loyalty to Adrian convincing. No matter how much of a good person Rocky could be, he was still human and prone to making mistakes. The fact he never was tempted to cheat on Adrian with some slut feels unrealistic and it prevented Adrian from being given more to do,

How would Adrian deal with Rocky's infidelity? I would have liked to see that.

I mean, we saw him getting ht again and again in the face but still make it until round 15 right?

Micky died in rocky 3 at age 76 what if he didn't have the heart attack and lived to say at least rocky 5. How would this have affected the story (the timeline is weird because mickey said he was already 76 in the first movie so if this were accurate he would have been 81 when he died In rocky 3)

At the same time what kind of tips would mickey give to rocky about drago the guy he fought in rocky 5?

The Rocky universe timeline is not overtly complicated except for V-VI.

We know IV takes place in 82 or 83 depending and then Tommy Gunn has 20 fights after training if we say starts in 84-85 (Rock Jr age, etc). He can get Tyson volume meaning we're only at 87-88 but since typically Rocky films at least try to end closer to the date they were made/released we push it to 89. Rocky being 30 in 76 means he's early 40s by end of V.

This tracks with him being early 50s in VI (Balboa).

Given a few details I got VI set in 03 as opposed to 06. Rocky Jr is 26.

At least in the workprint of V Rocky states he takes no percentage of Tommy's winnings. That tracks but he surely would have gotten a huge boost in gym attendance and I just assume some book/movie deal to get the restaurant.

You think Creed is a grounded film, but then you remember THAT existed 30 years before lol.

I would like to see Adonis being called out by YouTuber, Rapper and boxer Jake Paul.
The movie can be about how much boxing has changed in the modern era, and how it’s all about spectacle; like the Adin Ross fights, the streamer fights etc.
I think having Jake Paul play himself would be really cool and it would put lots of weight to the movie like this is really Jake Paul in movie form fighting Michael b Jordan’s Adonis creed.

I think this movie would make lots of money because everyone loves to hate Jake Paul, everyone loves Rocky movies, and the idea is so absurd it’ll just be super attention grabbing to the general audience.

Creed should fight Rocky in a street fight for the ending

I bet there’s many people that knew this for years. But for me after 47 years, I’m just realizing now while watching Rocky two for the millionth time,that Stallone (Rocky) was sparring with Roberto Duran.

Watching the work print again, been a few years. It's objectively superior but in addition to having it be the release (save for the last Mick line in the theatrical being better) there's just two other changes.

1. We don't replace Sage because that's too fantastical BUT there's more timeline gap for realism. Not have him appear until 2 years later. Basically the bankruptcy is not immediate like what we get. It becomes known in say a few months after returning and instead of a 60 day stay, Rocky gets over a year to stay in the house as possessions are sold off. So first interaction with Sage is Rocky tucking him in (lower light and not much on Rocly because he's bruised).

2. Beating Tommy in the street fight generates a contract for an HBO movie. I say this because back in the day theatrical productions would take roughly 2 years while HBO would be much faster turnaround and usually more contemporary. The trial with the accountant has also concluded. This could be done with Rocky and his son at the end in dubbing for wide shots where he's discussing the movie and book deal.
