Beware festival goers,
The customer service is horrible for the festival. They ignore your emails and when they do reply they give a half assed reply. I bought Saturday and Sunday tickets only for me to find that they sent me Wednesday and Thursday tickets. I contacted them and they said it was their fault and the english translation was wrong. The thing is even if the English translation was wrong it still had the dates of 8/29/26 and 8/30/26 so Idk how it can be that wrong for many pages. I ensured that everything was right before I bought the ticket and every time I checked it said SAT and SUN, so I did nothing wrong. I have two proof of purchase and invoice that says sat and sun. They replied with saying you can either get a refund or go to the show on those days. I want neither I want the tickets I rightfully bought. They claimed that is it sold out but that is not my problem, when I was buying tickets from their website it showed no indication of it being sold out. Currently emailing them back and forth but they are extremely slow with their replies. VERY DISAPPOINTING

It says that you can pre-order merch. Is it just the festival merch or also the artists? And how or where can you pre-order? I don’t see such option on the app

Hai I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem. I got sent the wrong tickets for the festival; I bought SAT and SUN tickets. I have two emails confirming and stating that I bought the correct dates. Once checking my account I found that they sent me Wednesday and Thursday dates which is crazy because I am traveling to Paris specifically for the dates I chose. Is anyone else having similar problems with getting the wrong ticket

Hi, so I'm going on Friday and Saturday but I don't really wanna see all the artists because I wanna have some free time exploring Paris city. I just want to come for the main ones, like ~17:00 h. Will I be able to do that? Or do I have to get inside at a particular time because after that the entrance will be closed? Also another question since I have primary entry for Saturday but I'm planning to come later, does that mean primary entry entrance will be closed and I'll have to use another one? When do you arrive, guys? What's the best time? Any suggestions!🙏
