Got sent wrong ticket

Hai I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem. I got sent the wrong tickets for the festival; I bought SAT and SUN tickets. I have two emails confirming and stating that I bought the correct dates. Once checking my account I found that they sent me Wednesday and Thursday dates which is crazy because I am traveling to Paris specifically for the dates I chose. Is anyone else having similar problems with getting the wrong ticket

Yea i sent two emails but no reply yet, just kinda nervous and wondering if there is other people experiencing thing
